Absolutely love this place. While the game selection varies, one thing that is consistent is that everything only costs 1 token to play. The staff is friendly and the drink selection, while limited, is solid. Recommend trying their in-house drinks.

Very cool establishment. If they had food in-house rather than frozen pizza and delivery orders from surrounding restaurants, I would give it 5 stars.

The games here are great for the most part. I really love the place compared to most of the bars in Fargo. I really just enjoying a couple rounds of Area 51 or some other classic light gun game and getting in the classic zone. My only major concern is that some of the light gun games the triggers are getting worn which is always a problem. Most of the other arcade cabinets are pretty good. Lots of classics like Tron and Dig dug. They rotate out from time to time and keeps things fresh. Its also a great place to drag a good couple friends from time to time if your looking for a weekday getaway. Also it should be noted the place does not have a kitchen so food has to ordered from elsewhere, I know they used to have a deal with pizza patrol.

Goodness this place was great! They have an excellent mix of arcade and console games and a decent beer selection.

A good selection of classic arcade cabinets and a pretty decent selection of beer and other drinks. The staff is fairly nice. I ordered a lime Italian soda and not only was it pretty good it came with a rather nice tumbler for just $4 total

Stopped in for the beer and to check out some of the video games. Fun selection of some old school games. The beer was fine, not bad but not great. Check out Can Can Wonderland in Minneapolis for an excellent experience of a similar nature.

Fun walk down memory lane. They have all the games you remember from when you were a kid. All for a quarter to play. They have a few different beers to try. It wasnt all that busy when we were there but it could be the lack of a sign of some sort outside. But well worth the time to find. Really was a fun time. Will definatly come back again.

Arcade of my dreams + incredible beers + awesome owners and staff= BEST BREWERY IN THE KNOWN UNIVERSE.Have had MANY good times here and I often imagine having many more once I get back to town. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE.

If you are a gamer, retro arcade junky, this is your place. I am epically unsuccessful with even Pac Man. Otherwise Im sure if give it a5 star. (I was happy to see Burgertime, which brought back childhood memories.) They have around 40 different arcade video games and about 10 taps worth local brew.

I freaking love this place! I miss the old school arcades and playing for hours. I am from out of time, and Its probably a good thing, or I would go broke being in there. The bar tender is super friendly and introduced a beer to me that I liked. ( I dont like beer).

Chill atmosphere with a nostalgia feel like no other place in town. Plus the beer is great! If you like arcade games and/or beer this is definitely a must visit!

Just going to start off with, I absolutely love this place.Growing up in the 90s playing Atari, Nintendo and Snes gave me a love for classic games and arcades.The atmosphere and people just having fun feels amazing. Whether its friends having a hang out or a good old competitive match of Mortal Kombat.The beer selection is pretty good, but the arcade selection is to die for. Will be sure to update with pictues next time I go there.

For a gen x like me, this is the perfect trip down nostalgia lane. While I would prefer liquor, Im not a beer enthusiast, the selection is wide. Pizzas are nice as well. But the video games are why we came, everything from the old line graphics star wars, to mortal kombat and quite a few other games, this is hours of fun. And thats not including the n64 and nes you can play. Excellent place to visit!

Ive had awesome experiences with this place, the bartenders there were friendly, the drinks were alright, and the games were fun to play. The problems I have here were the way the owners speak with the customers and their communication with employees.I wasnt aware of a rule that was in place from the beginning and accidently broke it (I didnt know and have since complied with). The owner was unreasonably ticked about it, which I found odd. The rule was that I couldnt bring any outside drinks inside, which was contrary to what one of the bartenders said regarding it. That bartender said I could bring in a drink, but that I should get a drink from them (I dont drink much so I thought it wouldnt hurt to try) to support their business. Which I did for most of time. I only ever brought one with me on two different occasions, I pretty much since payed for what I drank. I can assume that there were some poor communication going on if the owner had to tell me different. I just think the way he handled it was more agitative than he needed to be.Before I left one night I asked the owners about their business and what were the ins and outs (what makes them the most income, what were the rules, doesnt this rule contradict that rule, things like that) of it. Their replies were not at all what I thought it would be, they were snobbish with their answers, not explaining things well enough, and one of their friends that night was straight up mocking both me and a friend when I just asked another question. I muttered to myself why though? before heading out and I caught one of them saying, Hes going at it again... He confirmed it was me he was referencing when I asked him you mean me? This wasnt the owners who made that last remark, but still just uncalled for.I was completely dissatisfied with how they handled my questions and even more disappointed that the owners reacted the way they did. Dont get me wrong, it is a good business model they have going on with the arcade and bar aspect. The other people are nice as heck, and the atmosphere was great. However, I dont think I can support a business where the owners lack the manner to be professional and respectful with customers, especially when it comes to answering simple questions (they didnt even stop their friend from mocking us). It may be a bar foremost, but I would have expected better from them. Im sure others had better experiences with them but I sure didnt. I might give them a second chance, given that it was my first interaction with them, but that has yet to be decided.

This will definitely be the hidden gem in Fargo. Emphasis on hidden, there is no sign outside indicating there is any bar inside. Trust your google maps and go inside, this place is worth spending time there!Although they have limited beer choices, they have created a fun atmosphere and it brings the nostalgia feeling back to you. Im excited to return!

This was my first experience at pixled,and it was great. The variety of games was good, the beer was good and the atmosphere was fun. They didnt have a sour on tap, but the golden ale was on par with other local breweries. I would love to see ski - ball here if possible. Its a fun place to visit if youre looking for a fun date night.

Two thumbs up for 25cents per game. Plenty of video oriented games, all seemed to be functional. Very empty on a saturday afternoon. Bartender was friendly and quick. Neat building.

I love this place and its concept! The owners are down to earth people and the game selection is amazing! This is a 21 and over establishment (except sundays) which makes sense as it is a brewery too. I have met so many awesome people here and the other staff is pretty chill too! LOVE this place and I feel everyone should experience this once minimum!

Super fun place! The games are usually only one token per play, so you get a lot of fun for your money.

Excellent COVID response since they installed quality air filtration and high powered UV lighting that studies have shown can kill airborne viruses and bacteria, as well as keeping things very well sanitized. Roomy fun atmosphere. Great customer service - thank you to the gentleman staff member who returned a couple of tokens that one of the games ate but wasnt letting me play and for fixing the machine. A wonderful selection of arcade games. Prices are very decent. Its designed to be a bar as well, so maybe bring the kiddos to West Acres Malls arcade or Replay Games, which has a very different selection of games but they are just as awesome. :) With COVID keeping most of us inside, its nice that places like Pixeled Brewing Co and Replay Games are dedicated to following COVID safety guidelines and staying open for their customers, so we have a place to go out and forget our worries for a little while.

Come here to get your fix of 80s/90s video game nostalgia! Awesome selection of games, and really cool retro atmosphere. I will say that this is definitely an arcade first and a brewery second, but personally thats fine with me. Its quickly become one of my favorite spots in town.

I love going to this arcade bar! I heard stories from my parents about going to an arcade when they were younger and Pixeled Brewing allowed me to have a similar experience they had. The staff is always friendly and the games are great and have only had a couple machines not work but they have a large variety. Their beer is fantastic when they have it on tap. Last few trips Ive made they have only had 2 craft beers when they used to have 6ish. Still a fun place to hang!

Horrible!! Staff is unprofessional and rude towards my family!! Games were out of service! I will never go there again and will tell all my friends to never go there! Worst experience Ive ever had in fargo! DO NOT GO!! We showed up with a large group of people from out of town and walked in and did not know there were certain days that under 21 without an adult could not be there. No one asked for IDs when we came in. Which would of let us know that my kids could not be there, and we would not of stayed! And there was nothing posted in the arcade. We were there for 3 hours and my group dropped alot of money in that place! We went next door and threw axes and tried to go back into the arcade to finish up the tokens. Thats when my kids were approached and asked to leave, I told the employee that I was with them, and she stated that they still could not be there. I told her we were all there for 3 hours earlier. Thats when she called me a Karen! I guess that is the actual owner of the so called establishment! My son stated that in the website it says minors could be accompanied by an adult. The owner stated that it was only on Sundays. I asked why we were not told when we walked in with the group. She stated they dont have bouncers. They other employees only had to let us know at the beginning and it would of never happened! The owner has no right to call people names and she did not even try to apologize for the mix up, ask her staff, offer to refund the 40 dollars of tokens that we could not use. I stand by my rating especially after name calling to my face and on the Google review! This is a horrible, unprofessional place to visit!

I’ve worked here since its opening and had my first disagreement with a customer last night. She was mad at me that we wouldn’t let her teenage kids stay and play games on a Friday night. I explained family day is only Sunday. Then she was mad at me that we didn’t tell them right away that it was a 21+ bar. I explained it’s difficult to bartend and be a bouncer at the same time and to please leave now. Then she was mad at me when i asked her not to act like a Karen (which Sherry, I really do apologize for calling you that if you’re reading this, I shouldn’t have said that). She’s now mad that we didn’t reimburse her for her tokens but i can assure you, she never asked. I honestly would have to get her to leave but she was yelling at me and her group made her leave shortly thereafter. Anyways, the owner (which isn’t me, sorry Sherry) is great and had my back when i was shaken up after this occurrence. I love pixeled both as a worker and a customer and I hate to think that i took away a positive experience for anyone because it’s a great place and unique to Fargo!

Where do I begin to describe this heaven for classic arcade gamers? The eclectic mix of games from the golden age to next gen is awe-inspiring and possibly the best Ive ever seen at a barcade. The vibe is completely chill and our bartender was friendly and all-around great. Also, solid beers

Pretty good selection of beer. I was only able to have two drinks here but the overall atmosphere was good and the staff were friendly. You do have to have coins to play the arcade machines, which we did not know that going into it or we would have brought some.

Really cool place. Every game costs a quarter. 5 or 6 different beers available. The bartender was friendly and provided quick service. The walls were painted with some artistic arcade style murals that really fit the theme!Would highly recommend if you have the time to spend playing some games and want to flash back to your youth.

Used to be our favorite hang out in Fargo, but when we came back for the first time since the pandemic we were very disappointed that there were absolutely no precautions being taken. There were no masks on staff or customers. No stations for cleaning the games. The whole place had just one bottle of hand sanitizer sitting on the bar. Very disappointed that we wont be able to come back.

Really cool! Well worth a stop. All the games we played were only 1 token (25 cents) per player, which is sweet! But be careful, you can burn through a lot of money playing these fun games like we did.

I tried two of the beers and enjoyed both. We played a few machines and they were all in good working order. I was particularly impressed with the working NES. They also have Italian sodas for those not there for the beer. Overall, an enjoyable experience and cool hangout.

Im not a regular bar goer but this could easily become my favorite spot in Fargo. Really nice collection of games. Could use some pinball machines. The beer is above average. Its not at the level of Drekker or Junkyard but still very good. Great dark old school arcade environment away from all of the downtown drama and riff raff. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Pixeled to anyone.😀👍

I was very impressed with the selection of games. I went on a Thursday night and I’d say half of the machines were full. So plenty of games to choose from. Beer was good too. I will definitely make it a point to come back here next time I’m in Fargo!

Im hoping they have better beer, or at least not sold out of the good brews, the next time I go... they also ran out of coins long before close... shocked to not see any hand sanitizers, as thats asking to become a breeding ground for spreading illnesses. Great feel and atmosphere though, and super fun to have something to do while drinking and/or visiting, and have alcohol free options.

It was a good time. Im from Bismarck where they just opened something similar called Craftcade. Theres fewer games than Pixeled, but as long as you are a paying customer for drinks and/or food then the games are completely free to play. That couldve been nice to have that at Pixeled.

This is great place to go with friends, especially if some dont want to drink. Classic arcade feel.

Great old games from 30 years ago that are surprisingly well maintained and a few new ones. Still 25 cents per play, well worth the nostalgia. No signage of note on the outside, look for the banner and a second door to pass through.

Not a gamer, but I could spend several hours at Pixeled just trying all the random arcade games and playing Killer Queen. Bring a group of 9 friends (its 5 v. 5) and make sure you try it (the owners will explain it to you if you dont know how) or grab some random people and challenge them to a match.Theyre still experimenting with the beer, so you can try different varieties when you go.Also, the murals covering the walls are really cool and were done by a local artist. Make sure you check out the base of the bar... mini Marios are holding up the rails!Its a little hard to find the entrance: go in the double doors facing north onto NP Ave and its directly to the right.

I absolutely loved it! Quarter arcade games and beer? What more could a person need? My guess would be that an individual doesnt need to look elsewhere, for a nostalgic blast to the past and a night of remembrance i surely awaiting you at this fine establishment. Whats that? They dont serve food? Well they will totally let you order or bring your own food. Just imagine yourself chowing down on some pizza whilst surrounded by the glorious cacophony that is the arcade.

Great games and awesome atmosphere. The beer was good and not too expensive - while not great, there were several options that were adequate. I wouldnt go there just for the beer, but the games are top notch.

Only beer, no food or other alcoholic beverages. Kind of hard to locate at night, the outside was not clearly marked. Looks fun, but we didnt honestly stay long because we were looking for food and other beverage options.

The nostalgic part of me is so happy!! So many great games! Just have to learn to drink beer I guess lol. Super fun for a night full of arcade games and beer!

Definitely caters to a specific crowd as the name implies. If ur the gaming type and like micro brews then this is the place for u. Overall it was an ok experience. If I was with friends that wanted to go there I would go but I wouldnt go back on my own again. Glad it was on my list.

Smelled like a poorly maintained fitness gym. Lots of guys who dont believe in hygiene. Retro feel is ok but the lack of airflow made me feel like I was inhaling loads of B.O.
