As per my experience, Myself and my friends are worked 3 years and learned lot of good things.Asra company is given good life to our career..I recommend to fresher to join this good organization.

Poor management, poor in salary date lowest salary in market, treat employee as daily wage labour. Stirct dont join the contract , they will say it as THIRD PARTY, whatever they call it is just a dump contract

Worst company..owner ashok rajan wont response his customer...fraud company... they wont pay Employee salary pf properly..

Team leaders and Hr are not good at all, they will say one but doing other, They will not provide anything they say please be aware and not fit for Engineers, they treat engineers as a working class labours.

In 2015 I am fresher, joined this company, at the time I dont know company life and all. After six months I learn something quality concepts. Still now Im working Asra family, now Im a Team Leader in one plant. Under my more than 50 employees. So we proud to be working here..Thank you Asra family and Rajan sir for giving me a good opportunity and support..

Worst management, particularly Kamala Mohan. He doesnt know how to speak. Without knowing any situation he use to speak loost talk and Simply adament type. Basically Asra is a contractor and hence salary is not a guarantee.

One of the very worst consultant in south India and such an irresponsible communication dont have any code of conduct with the employees not giving proper remuneration to the employees and also they had no fixed time to give the remuneration.such a bad community to start a career
