Its a good company for both fresher and experienced to enhancing the 3D software skill and drafting technics.

Working environment is very placid, team lead and seniors are very friendly. Management gives many opportunities to grow.

Pros:1.For fresher its a good company but not a worthy one for experienced fellows.2.Can able to gain knowledge only in CAD tool.3.Work-life balance.Cons:1.No Engineering work; Only Drafting2.In CTC they will include an amount called KPI (key incentive performance) but they wont give it to you even after completing one year.3.No employee benefits such PF, Medical insurance, Bonus etc...4.For each drafting work, they will fix timing that allows you to focus only on completing the project.5.No friendly atmosphere.
