Contacted Mr Srinivasan with regard to a problem in the XBox 360. Shared the product photos on WhatsApp.To assist him in repairing the unit I suggested to collect the unit for an on hand checking to locate fault and carry on with the repairs.Surprisingly he has been totally silent without any involvement.Wonder how can a businessman afford to be so indifferent to the requests of a customer!!
