Before going to the shop I checked the availability of action camera mount. A guy who attended my call said me come with the camera will see and tell. I went there from my place around 20km the person in shop not even allowed in to the shop. I understand its covid situation but how come another one guy was allowed inside? They not even checked my camera. Poor response... Waste of time and energy

I called these guys for eye pieces and one fellow dont know his name was not only arrogant , he started advising me which should telescope I should buy. This guy had no knowledge of telescopes . The best place in chennai to buy any photography, videography/filmmaking gear. The rates are superb and you wont feel a need to bargain as they quote the best.

They have got a wide range of products but costlier than any other shops available nearby. What I observed is, the behaviour and treatment of customers before purchase and after purchase was ( especially when you go back for service related issues ) entirely different. You cant just imagine. Couple of products that I bought here were available at Amazon.in at a much lesser price.
