We bought a villa recently and wanted to install a home elevator, tried a lot of elevator services; but none managed to fit on our budget as well as our required service. When we are pooling in a considerable amount of money, its mandatory to do a lot of research and finally, we approached Emperor Lifts. They never seemed to disappoint us in terms of service and functionality. Would highly recommend Emperor Lifts as the best.

Emperor lifts service is quite commendable. From the beginning to the end, I was guided through the process. We wanted to install a residential elevator in our home and it was executed perfectly right from the beginning. Its not bulky and doesnt require a machine room which makes it compact. The after service is also great. Periodic maintenance and modernisation makes them so good.

Have been using this lift for past 5 years. Good value for money provided and their after sale service is very commendable. Their service team attend all complaints in the same day. Quality of lift is great.

Please avoid at all costs. Their AMC is very expensive and not worth it at all for a 10 minute checkup. It is a pain to reach them when there is an emergency or when the lift gets stuck. They have a very casual attitude and do not answer phone calls or say they will send someone the following day even in case of emergency.

I am using this lift for the past 4 years. Until now there are no major issues. Whenever there is some issue they will come for field checking within 1 day. Monthly maintenance is usually done but it should be further improved.

We have 3 lifts in our apartment which were installed by M/S Emperor lifts. They are being operated since last 9 years. The AMC for these lifts are also being carried out by them since installation. Their team is very prompt in attending the break down calls. Also they regularly carry out the periodic maintenance as per schedule

The worst lift quality and services. Got Annual maintenance charges for our apartment but used to get sign from tenant without servicing lift. Fraud manager Giri. AMC in charge dhamodharan. I told them my grievances in a very polite way to the manager. He sent a person as if to service lift. From that day lift was not working. I called them n asked what happened to lift? Why its not working? They said sensor cable is not functioning properly so its better not to use lift. Lift is just fixed in the year 2014 this prob occurred when I had AMC in the 2016 year June or July. So their sensor cable is worth to work just for 2 yrs. in our apartment 6houses are there. Only two families were resided till 2016 July. For this two family we paid a year AMC 17,000 (with out servicing nearly for 3 months, one month got sign also without doing service) Still they demand 28,000 rs for sensor cable. Even after getting money they will cheat only. Cause sensor problem occurred after that service man came. Look at their quality n service. If we cal n ask y they didnt do service that will say we tried to cal u but you r not reachable. Is this a way for a service man to service
