Such prompt customer service.I had a get together the next day(03/07/2021) and wanted to purchase a tripod but their store in Vellore was closed due to covid lockdown. I contacted the Chennai store and they promised they would ship the product the same night and deliver it before the gathering starts. I was a bit skeptical about the 12 hour delivery of the product but to my surprise the product arrived at the vellore warehouse the next day morning.For the price I paid, the quality of the product was top-notch. I needed a car windshield mount for my dashcam as the original mount had got broken.
