I visited Danfoss many times for technical discussions. Its a world class infrastructure with typical Denmark based white and red theme. People treated me good right from arranging the visitor pass till i finish the meeting. it was amazing to see danfoss runs on renewable energy too!

Danfoss is the worlds leading manufacturer of high quality valves and controls. At, oragadam, it has one of its manufacturing unit.you can gain much knowledge when you visit the plant. It has indigenous product test and research lab inside this plant.The campus is very clean. It has a canteen which serves the best food and has seperate sections for both veg and non-veg food. You should have to see the staff bus which is coloured in its fond of color red.You can set this company as an example for following the perfect and environmental guidelines.

Its an ossam place with very nice ambience. Work life balance is definitely maintained. You can relax even though you are working. There are quite a lot of employee benefits. But it is located very far from the city at the out skirts with low transportation. But buses are available. A good place to work.

The place is almost impossible to reach by public means of traveling. Interviews take forever with these people and forget call backs. Definitely not a place I would work for.

I was interviewed there.Nice place and well mannered staff.I was tetrad well.It got garden in workplace you can enjoy your tea break there. Also working cultural is good people leave by 4:30-45. Nobody stays late unnecessary.Its canteen has good testy food.

They mistreat employees and treat them like slaves and nobody is raising their voice. I wish I had the civilian power to take action against them. But they have the support of local strong men and law enforcement. This is bad.

Green factory, provides battery car and cycles for internal travel. Provides bus facility and canteen facility for staffs.

Best Industry in HVAC field ..Actually its a denmark company got its roots in india long ago....Best quality producer for refrigeration and air conditioning products like compressor pressure switches solenoid valves stop valve more like in precision parts used in HVAC field. They have the safety as their first priority in the company campus and taking photos inside the company arena is prohibited ....When talking about the transport ...Self vehicle is preferred in these areas(oragadam) ..If you are willing to go by public transport then you can pick a Walajabad route bus from tambaram bus depot But it takes a long time
