We have purchased their fume extraction system for our laser machine. Their system never worked. We paid 90% advanced. From day one their system did not work and they refused to entertain. They did send their engineer once but he returned without fixing the system. They are creating excuses when we asked to return the advance payment.I suggest not to buy their machine.
