My daughter is studying 3rd Std here. Teaching is good. But due to Covid the kids are really missing the school by person. Everything is going by online.... Hope the covid-19 pandemic will end soon by god grace as well as vaccination by all of us.

Very good caring support from class Mam Jeniffer, She provides both a great mix of listening, speaking and practical learning activities, She’s patient and supportive, my son is doing his JKG , It is very pleasant of you to offer assignments to the children on regular basis even on their online classes which helps him in enhancing their skill development. Its a good place to start with the learning journey of our kids. All the teachers who taught my kid so far are good. At a time like this (online class) they are doing their best and i believe we parents should also do the work so our kids get the best of both.the teachers, aco mam, principal are friendly and understanding.

The teachers are very friendly and the personal interaction with each kid is very good especially from Jude Jennifer Maam. The course design and incorporating them with the friendly teaching method is really getting to the children despite being a virtual class. The emphasis on the child understanding the concepts is appealing to us when we see the kid recounting/recolecting things from class while playing with something. Personally we think that understanding and nurturing the childs skills is important for their future and we see that here. Thanks for the support of all the teachers and hope this type of education continues even when they grow up instead of being solely focussed on the books.

VNGS Madipakkam is doing a pretty good job of conducting online classes regularly and various activities from time to time during this lockdown.The online sessions are highly interactive and our kid is enjoying and learning a lot. Curriculum designed for kindergarten kids is well set and they met all boards of education. We have program co-ordinator and Academic co-ordinator to review about curriculum regularly. There are lot of virtual events happening in the school in which teachers play a vital role in it taking care of responsibilities that each and every kid gets chance to showcase thier talent in which kid is comfortable with.. Vijayashree mam has great experience and getting the attraction of kindergarten kid in online classes is not that easy, She does teaching very well that the concepts are easily understandable by the kids... My daughter likes Vijayashree mam very very much....

WORST EXPERIENCE BECOZ OF ACO MS.SIVASHANKARI!!!

My children are studying in Velammal New-Gen School Madipakkam.The school has well ventilated classrooms and televisions for showing subject related videos.The school also has IIT coaching for grades 6 to 8.Students are not only encouraged to participate in academic events but also in co- curricular activities.

Maintaining good level of standards and kids are growing with new skills. Teachers are well trained for educating the kids and through online they are doing the best.Thank you

The teachers are not qualified enough. A scout teacher handles KG sections. The school still encourages corporal punishment which is contrary to the mission and name of the school. The KG students are not properly cared for and safety of the wards are not of paramount importance to the teachers. The primary sections are severely understaffed, so much so that a class teacher handles three subjects. The onus is on you if you risk putting your ward in this poorly managed institution.To whomsoever it may concern, a constructive feedback to this group of schools, is to remove the Principal and ACO of the Madipakkam branch, who are in the cahoots to hide the mismanagement and are fabricating stories to the higher management.

Its a Good school where teachers are highly qualified especially Mrs. Devi kala who handles KG classes her method of teaching impressed.

Our kid s SKG student..as of now only online classes are going on.. teachers take effort to teach kids thru online by few sessions.. hoping to see much more in foreth coming days.

These online sessions conducted were good. Teachers tried the their best to train the kids. Devikala maam, teacher of SKG B was co-operative and very patient with the kids. And we could approach her at anytime of the day.

As a working parent I am very thankful that the teachers for SKG managed to keep the kids occupied during this pandemic time.The kids were not wasting their time but instead invested themselves in interesting and engaging activities.I personally was very happy with my Sons progress.My biggest takeaway from this years academics is seeing my son trying to blend and read any word wherever he sees whether its in an advertisement or menu card....Special mention to SKG teachers: Archana, Selsha and Devi for all their efforts...👍😊

However you all are making sure that each kid gets proper attention and the learning is smooth.I really appreciate the fact that focus is not just on finishing the syllabus but also ensuring that each kid is learning properly. My child has been a student of Velamal NewGen school since 2020.The whole year academics had been planned very well and also executed well. We had wonderful teachers like Ms Devikala and Ms Archana who took weekly live sessions to teach children the basic concepts with great patience and love inspite of many challenges with internet connectivity. We as parents were so much part of this learning program unlike any conventional school learning, where parents are not very sure of their children’s everyday progress. I could see so much efforts being put in by the class teacher to make learning more interactive and fun ,engaging with every child. Also every festival and occasion was given equal importance and celebrated beautifully. Kids were encouraged to show case their talents in every place by the teacher.Finally kids did not miss out on the fun in graduating to the next level because of the pandemic . Online graduation day was indeed a brilliant idea 💡 to make the child feel prepared and confident for the higher class. My child really enjoyed every session thoroughly and I really would love to thank all who did such a great job!

I joined my kid in 1st STD in 2018 and was very unhappy. They put 0% effort to bring up the child. Only they bothered about MONEY. Irresponsible teachers.No teacher were there for Hindi subject for more than 3 months. At last they appointed one waste Hindi teacher who blames the children for everything. Lied to me that playground was on second floor. I discontinued in one year. Please dont waste your child education and money by joining in this school.

I paid Rs300 and taken application along with Fees details from school, however i have no intention to take admission. But teachers are forcing me to return the application either filled or unfilled one and they are ready to collect the application even from my home. Its something fishy. Though people like me, wasted money of Rs.300 and taken application form, is just to understand the fee structure. There is no play ground. I Still unable to predict, after paying application fees, why are they asking to returning the application forms..

Hi-tech & modern school with air-conditioned class rooms. Importantly all sides school compound surrounded with dark (dirty) water except the main gate. Highest fees. Oh! Is this for the dark lake view?

My daughter studies here in Velammal. Every time when they give vacation,they keep in touch with the students through Google Classroom.Good initiative of Velammal.Holiday Homework is through Google classrooms.The whole summer vacation she got 30 videos and worksheets through this.Play with studies. Velammal is moneys worth.

There are 2 Velammal NewGen schools in this area.This Madipakkam branch has friendly staff and it is a smaller school,My son studies here. Medavakkam branch is bigger with better play facilities .If you want individual attention this is best,if you want good peer group and competitive environment that school is the best.Good choice for money we pay.Choose the one near your house.

My children study in this Velammal school.It is a very good school.Recently they had an interestingly different PTM day on 12/10/2019.They invited parents and each parent had a discussion with the student and the teacher and the student explained about their mistakes and their academic goals for the next test.It is called SLC,Student Led Conference.Superb day and we parents are waiting for the next SLC day.This day gave us the satisfaction more than anything else,because my child was able to say where he is good in academics,where he is not good and also tell what is his plan to improve his marks.!!!!!Super!!!!

One best thing and one thing to improve about the school.Both my kids study here.The way they send circulars about exams,with all details of lessons,marks etc are excellent.It comes as hard and soft copy.They conduct enough class tests,revisions and if kids dont perform well they have their remedy classes.They are a responsible school.We can just leave kids in their custody.The kids dont find the toilets to be always ok. The school must maintain restrooms even more properlyGood school with good academics and good communication to parents

Velammal New Gen Madippakam has a very poor and irresponsible Transportation service. Frequent delays in dropping the students and the absence of Driver / Conductor are not notified to the Parents. Parents have to worry about their kids if sent in School Transport. The Driver, conductor of the School Bus and the AO incharge for School Transport are not taking any responsibilities for improving the service.

I went to enquire about the fee structure but we didnt get any response and they asked to wait for long time. Worst experience...money minded...please dont put your kid...i got admission in marg Vidhyalaya next to velammal new gen in madipakkam...
