PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TS INFO, THER ARE GIVEN FALSE COMMITMENT

We Purchased billing software last month (Sep19) ... Which after installation there has been no proper communication / cooperation till date on after sales service ... we have almost contacted you more than 20-times and which is of no use. After repeated calls there was a staff who visited but who is completely unaware of the product knowledge and has no updates on the product installed. Im frustrated on seeing this kind of customer support. The installed software isnt working. When inquired they say that due to non-receipt of payment which is surprising and unacceptable. Suggest you can refund our payment immediately and uninstall the software and take back your products. Appreciate your immediate response on the same and some constructive reply.

T.S has immediate solution for all ur software queries....it all depends on how well u are prepared to completely use their software... staffs are friendly....service is prompt... I would recommend anyone to use their software for all retail business 👍

Pretty good during the sale phase. Very poor in after sales service. Have been following up for close to 10 days to have them attend a complaint. Still not successful.
