I bought a tcl smart tv 43 inch went bust in 1 year .3 years warranty given.Techinician who attended on 17th August said within 7 days panel will be replaced.Customer care from August 17th say that within 2 to 5 days it is September 6th same reply.Clear case of dishonesty and failing to deliver on warranty given .Dont buy TCL u will only get fake replies

A decent place with decent staff. They try and resolve issues. I had an issue with a BoAt product that I bought from them, and even though the company and the distributor (Whatnot Accounts - Chennai (Velachery)) spoke rudely and behaved in the most indecent manner for a few hours after promising results; Mr. Ramesh & his team calmed the situation before it escalated and provided me with the solution. Though the whole process took a few months but Mr. Ramesh & his team did understand the customers point of view and helped with the original promised solution from their end.

No proper response from service center they only say you will replaced but they will do nothing PLEASE DONT BUY TCL TV poor service assistance ever faced

Terrible experience with the Chennai Moggapair store Manager, Ramesh Babu, over the telephone. Seemed least interested in selling or promoting the TCL brand. Was arrogant and argumentative in his talk and not interested in providing relevant information and even questioned my intent to purchase a TCL product. Why else would I call the brand store.....to flirt or have a conversation over politics? Would be helpful if the Manager of a brand store spoke English too to promote an international brand.Guess I will have to look for an alternative brand.....unless TCL improves its customer interface!!

Very worst service after sold they wont care about customers. I have my own experience. They are telling 3 years warranty but its fake cheating. I brought c2us 55 inch TV after 9 months display getting blink visual issue I raised a complaint on October 2019. They did not repair my TV stating that parts not available and took 5 months to repair. 5 months later they replaced another basic model TV without any prior notifications .I raised a concern but no one responded and speaking badly. Product wise really good but coming to service very bad and irresponsible
