Suntronix is my 56,000 rupee mistake. I REQUEST YOU TO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT I DID. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH ALL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. PLEASE GO TO APPLE OR RITCHIE STREET INSTEAD.A year and a half back i got my macbook screen replaced from suntronix for 30,000 rupees. A few months later, one day when i took it out from my bag, the screen had weird ribbons and dots all over it. I took it to him and asked him whats wrong, he told me the screen has an internal crack. Which is super weird, because i just kept it in my bag. He assured me it happens and told me to get it replaced for a discounted price of 25,000. So thats a total of 55,000.When i replaced the screen the second time, more than 3 units were defected. They had light leaks, or flex gates issues. This should have warned me that hes using a cheap low quality supplier, i proceeded with my mistake. He even charged me Rs1000 extra because i kept changing and asking for new pieces and the delivery was from his pocket.Fast forward a few months later the screen stops working again. He claims his supplier cant do anything, so he cant. He keeps giving lame excuses when all hes doing is just milking his customers with low quality overpriced repairs.Apple has since then offered a screen replacement program, he told me i should have asked him for my original screen back then and not now. He uses it for recycling. No such option of collecting the original screen was given to me. SUCH FRAUDS.Im going to the consumer court and making sure frauds like them dont operate. He even has the audacity to tell me i should use my macbook laptop like a desktop pc and connects it to a screen or get it replaced again from him. All this doesnt highlight the poor communication I had to face. He had the laptop for around 2 months to replace the screen when he assured me it would take just a week.This stops here. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM THESE GUYS. Picture proof attached.

I was not communicated about the progress, Service for my Lenovo laptop was good. Time mentioned during receiving the laptop was kept and was delivered on time. Hinges were broken on my laptop and were fixed, The service of laptop was great and i am not able to detect where it was broken earlier. All broken plastic components have been moulded and am unable to find any cracks on the laptop at the moment.Over all am satisfied with your services. Thanks. Excellent customer-centric service and very courteous approach by the team. I had my iPhone screen replaced which got damaged within a week. It was replaced by them with no charges though the fault of damaging the screen couldve been mine.I had an earlier interaction with them where they assisted in replacing the harddrive of my MacBook Pro free of cost and ensured it worked fine before handing it over to me.Highly recommended for Apple products service and as I see from other comments they seem to do a really good job in all related products. I had a GoPro of my friend and it was given to another service centre who had damaged it entirely, the lens was not even placed properly. I got their reference from internet and wanted to try them out with this camera. To my surprise they identified the defect lens and placement immediately, they were able to fix it and demonstrate the camera in perfect way, the communication on their ticket system was good. Their charges were reasonable and am extremely satisfied with their services. Highly recommended for all models of GoPro service.

Went to this place to buy electronics as it is close to my residence .. OMG too expensive stuffs .. Prices are too high compared to online prices .. So persons whose pockets are loaded with cashnand dont value their money can shop at this place .. We can chose Croma and reliance digital instead of these small time retailers for offline shopping..

Just visited the shop with my GoPro hero 5 door was broken, they fixed within the seconds. The existing door itself was fixed without replacing it with new one. A friend of mine had given me an iPhone 5c and it had some minor problems with the time not catching up. Then it developed some other problem with the display and i was disappointed. On enquiry i was told of: SUNTRONIX. I went to them to sort out my phone. The reception and service i received was great. The guys there know what they are doing. Very friendly guys, both brothers. You can feel safe with the kind of work they will do ultimately. I was given a service charge of almost Rs. 4000/-They told me that the price i was paying was well worth it and so based on their advice i paid the amount to get my phone repaired. I am very happy with their advice and the work carried out.Later, on reading up on their website i realised they are authorised by Apple to carry out all repairs of their products. They are multi-branded specialists, authorised to do such work. So, the final word is just go to them if you have any problems with your mobile/laptop gadgets.
