OK good not easy to find out. No car park.

Panasonic service center no responsibility they have. Even to maintain customer relations. Phone no cant reached are always busy.

The contact no on Google listing doesnt work. The office is little difficult to find. There is no parking options. You dont have dedicated customer care to attend you while reaching office. Way lot to improve in this competitive world.

Courteous service personnel...very Frank in giving opinion whether the product require repairs...or its better to replace it with a new one.. impressed

Authorised service centre for all Panasonic products the service is good but time taken to repair even a small product like 2.1 channel home theater is like one week which is too late..

Poor customer service.. They would never call back to update..we need to be behind after giving the product to them for service.

They do service only for TVs of panasonic.

Its 1 of the authorised shop among 4 shops in Chennai. Any work takes 2 days of time. We only want to follow up they dont call back if the work finished also.
