Well stocked showroom for Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances in a spacious building with adequate parking.Staff are knowledgeable and their behaviour is courteous.However youll have to recheck their price quotes and they are not transperant when the price can be lower or when price drops. Be tough with them in negotiations.

Came here for sim portability. The ground floor stag at entrance directed me to II FLOOR. And in the second floor the manager asked me to wait in the corner. Been half an hour no human being spotted here. Waste of time. Total stupidity

Royapettah hih road.Being in the same neighborhood, our family decided to buy an aircondition(Split a/c) from this shop.The sales people consulted each other if we enquire any feature of the product or its cost.Poor training is visible here..After we finalized the brand,billing took an hour..A/c after umpteen number of phone calls got delivered after 48 hours of purchase .The unit is yet to be installed as the tech.team have not yet shown their face But they have asked for the location of our house and kept on disturbing us throughout the day..Today is the third day and a/c is still not fixed.Highly unprofessional .Please do not step inside Digital world . They have nice collections of electronic products and sales persons in that shop is okay, but it would be better if they have more patience. And when ever v buy products in there shop they force us to buy resq service plan , the decision to buy that must be ours not theres. They go to the extent that they will say we can provide more discount or we can even reduce the price of the product (like fridge, washingmachine etc) only if we buy resq plan along with products. This is ridiculous its harsh on customers. They have to change this habit .Other than this the shop is OK.

I visited Luz branch @7 pm to buy sounbar and I went out to check other shops and I came back @8:30 I paid for the product,but I expected someone to assist me to buy someother product but I was calling some executive to check other product no was there to guide atlast after some time person helped me I know I went again at closing time especially lady who was there is not responding well .

Bought a Lenovo legion 4QIN laptop today and the price was very competitive compared to others. Sales person Hemant was pretty good in handling and delivering the product quickly. Back end people had asked us to bring the laptop tomorrow for further installations to be done on laptop since the product was bought during closing time. I would have given zero stars for this company. They have totally faulty products in store. Please buy laptops from a reputed branded showroom instead of buying in these cheap stores just for getting some compliment products. I bought a laptop for 50k lenovo. At the second day of usage the motherboard was crashed. And when i claim for that in the store they changed the motherboard saying it was a faulty motherboard. I dont know how come a new product will have faulty motherboard. Within 6 months of usage, the total laptop performance had slowed down totally. The mouse track pad stopped working. Two of the usb connectivity stopped working. This place is totally a scam. As shown in KKK movie, these digital company replaces the original internal parts of the product with the duplicate i guess so.

I bouth a lenovo laptop on 13 july from reliance digital mylapore and it suddenly stopped functioning in January they have taken my computer for service but have not come with any solution even after 8 days and are not telling the exact problem issue with my laptop...very shoddy service from both reliance and lenovo...feel i have been cheated...absolutely no care for customer.

Spent only a short time here. The budget brand of TVs like TCL, Toshiba, Hisense were shown a poor Standard Definition video from You Tube, while the more expensive Sony, Samsung, and LG were playing the built-in Demo Mode that is meant to show them at their best. This will mislead us and not help the customer choose the best value for money TV that we hope to get.Ill try another store some other time.

I would say kind of less or no customer service. Nobody welcomes you or come to explain about the product and even if someone comes they just read the posted content just behind the product. They dont care about what you buy and why you buy. I went and searched for products and specifications online. I would have better bought through Amazon but good thing is they have the same price as Amazon. So probably take your mobile phone so that you can know about the product by yourself.

I have recently purchased a washing machine from Reliance digital Luz Corner Chennai branch. I was told that the machine cost is ₹38989 after discount and informed me that I will get a power bank free of cost. When I looked the invoice copy they charged ₹37990 for washing machine and charged ₹999 for power bank. The actual cost if the machine is only ₹37990. Such fraudsters these guys are. The next day they accepted they have cheated and theywthey ready to refund the money for power bank. Shameless people.

Wanted to pick up BoAt headsets. They did not have stock. Asked them to check with other stores and let me know which store had stock as the contact number mentioned in the site is never answered .Without even checking they confirmed Mount road store had stock. Even after asking them to confirm, they assured me that the store had stock.. Drove to Mount road store and get to know they do not have stock.. A week since they ran out of stock .. Wasted of time.. Just a phone call would have saved all the trouble..

I accept that reliance has been one of the most sought after store for purchasing electronic gadgets but this seemed as one of the worst experiences ever . We had to wait for more than an hour and a half just to get the billing done for my Asus laptop simply because of the ignorance of the sales personnel of not knowing the carry case number . It didnt stop here. I had to wait and come the next day to collect my laptop just to get mcafree installed in them. The simple mistake of having forgot the bill copy resulted in salesperson Raveenas inappropriate behaviour .She was unwilling to demonstrate the product again too .
