Very high risk if you are planning to visit this store. No social distancing and staffs were not wearing the mask. Also there were no temperature check and sanitizer available at the entrance.Now if I talk about the quality and services, stuffs were kept in unorganised way, executives are not responsive and they were trying to sent me to another store for the eSIM while I asked the reason from the store manager, they worked on my request. It took an hour to provide eSIM while it takes not more than 10 mins in total.Overall a poor experience and I do not recommend anyone to visit. I used to shop online through jiomart lite app. Though the prices are competitive, I faced two issues. Delivery schedule is not maintained. If you require immediately, better not to go for this. More serious issue was I got a substandard item and made a complaint some 50 days back. It is yet to be addressed. Item is neither replaced nor amount refunded. Since stopped dealing with them.

Jio store to het new, replacement Sims, mobile phones and accessories

Store staffs are helpful during visit but never followed up for fibernet enquiry.

Small but has most recent jio items and smart phones. In this pandemic situation they are not checking customers temperature or providing sanitizer. No manager kind of matured guy to have good customer management... But somehow others are managing. To be more customers friendly and tutive. Overall this store good, does the job.

I had gone to buy a pansy number. But the method we choose is not here as it is in other companies. They can only get the number they give or they can scan the number every time and take it if its OK. The customer has strict control over the number we choose. They get annoyed if I tell the scanners to do it again and again. It would be nice if Geo changed this method.
