I called them twice until now for enquiries. But both the time there is no good response from them. They are simply telling to come and check in the shop. Without knowing the price and without knowing whether the model is available or not why we need to go there simply for long distance. Not satisfied.

Very rude sales people. Not responding for any queries. This is not a direct service center of mi. Better search for authentic service center.charges are very high. Charging accessories on MRP price even though the same is very less in mi store online, No proper bill with GST taxes.

Worst service ever I have seen. I have given my mobile for display change . It has been replaced with some other screen duplicate screen in which they told it will be replaced with original screen. Original screen costs arround 2.8 k what they have told and they have charged the price for it . Finally I got duplicat screen with extra problems like notification light , touch sensitivity , etc

They are not at all replying properly for what we are asking. replying to customers is minimum responsibility. I dont know why mi is appointing such unworthy people and spoiling their huge reputation and market in india. I recently got a trouble shoot issue for my MI product ,then I made a call for them but they cant able to reply for these all. Its really very disgusting
