Dear Sir,Recently I bought an Onida 1ton Air Conditioner and one TCL 50inch tv on 06-06-2020 from your Jayam Electronics, Ayanavaram Branch.The company charged Rs.28,000 and Rs.32,000 for Air conditioner and TV respectively.I wished to pay through Bajaj finserv card but the company’s salesperson gave an explanation that Bajaj finserv is not working and asked me to pay through Credit card.I accepted the offer and asked him to put it on EMI. Instead of EMI, he swiped the net amount i.e Rs. 60,000 as a net payment without informing me.I came to know about this after 3 days while checking my Credit card transaction details.After that, I asked the organisation to convert it into an EMI option but they gave lame reasons and kept on dragging the issue for more than 10 days.There’s no proper response to the consumer grievance.Being a reputed organisation, I kindly request you to take necessary steps to resolve the issue and take action against the salesperson for misusing customer credentials.I am posting this here because any other customers shouldn’t get affected physically and mentally, particularly during this COVID-19 lockdown crisis.Hope you will do the needful.

Worst customer response..they dont take any responsibility after purchase...

I bought here after checking Flipkart and amazon. First the price quoted was higher but they immediately gave lower price after showing them online price. Delivery was done on same day and mechanic installed my TV next day itself

Very very worst shop in electronics and all, in the store they wont give bill and they will delevery a sample tv for new very very worst money waste
