Its only about their service which they providing after buying from them.I bought a Jays t four and it had a 2 years warranty.In between those 2 years it started with some defaults, so I send the product back to them to their chennai branch via postal services.After a long struggle I got my product back and it came back with a poor condition as the mic headset was pasted with glue and it was coming out from the headset and it was all dirty. I visited headphone zone for audio tour on 7th of October. I was guided by Parth. Parth did well, he was very helpful and tried his best to make my experience comfortable. However, it wasnt as I was expecting. Last month, Raghav had called me and said Elite was available. I was really interested in that. And when I booked this tour, I specifically called and asked if Elite and Empyrean would be available. But when I reached there, I was informed that Elite was missing. Anyone from Mumbai would know that my commute from Gorai-Uttan road to Andheri wasnt a short and easy one. Inspite of calling and checking the availability of Elite, when I reached there, I was informed that Raghav flew to Chennai with it. That was kinda disappointing. I also wanted to try out few Hifiman headphones, but I wasnt allowed to do that. I wont say Parth did it on purpose, he just misunderstood my needs. And the session was multiple times interrupted by the housekeeping staff. Kudos to Parth for suggesting Stax 009, it just blew my mind away! Now I know the reason as to why he took it out first, but kept it for the last.

They try to sell pathetic and inappropriate headphones and even for service you need to bare the charges for sending it to Chennai workstation and now in lockdown you will get mails delaying it further

Latest Update :After writing to them they cleared the misunderstanding and also helped me get the replacement asap. Kudos to the warranty team.I got no response even after calling them 3 times, all they do is record the call and keep you waiting for days. In fact months in my case. Earlier I raised a complaint as my earphones were not working properly, but due to some reasons I couldnt send it back to them. But after that I didnt hear anything back from them. Im still waiting in order to get a response from them so that Id be able to replace my defective earphones. Im stuck with them for more than 6 months now.Update : Theyve arranged a pickup for me. Ill update once I receive the product.
