Very irresponsible people.. I book a complaint for Intex TV on April month..I am chasing from past 2 months but still no one is properly responding.. I tried to call the manager Murugan.. He also not picking the call.... Very worst service..

I have visited here for replacement of my new product of Philips speaker is not worked and not even On at first time. They take more than one month time for replacement. Finally I got replacement and its working fine now. Shop in main area. Can be reach easier. They are very polite and handle the customer good.

My trimmer didnt get charge, so they fixed it immediately(within 10 mins). It is working fine now,btw finding service center bit difficult, thanks to the receptionist, she guided me well
This is a pathetic place! supposed to be a authorized Philips service center.I gave my air purifier on November 2018 and i got a call its done after 5 months. in between months they never bothered to call or update me with the process..In the end three people called me and gave three separate estimates. after a lot of shouting they reduced and cut the labor cost.I dont think how they operate is genuine. so people trying to use this center please stay away.
Very worst experience. They will take atleast 15 days for even small problems. Theyre not even attending our phone calls . RECOMMENDED INTEX TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICE PARTNERSHIP WITH THEM .

Pls dont go here... If philips product is not working... Just throw it... Thats better than giving it here and ruining your peace...!... This is a black hole... Nothing comes back out !

Global Electronics Purasaivakkam have Very very poor technicians, not satisfied the users, when I give service to my philips gc1015 steam iron they are returned with worst condition as I given initially. as a philips Authorized dealer for service we expect some extraordinary qualification but Global Electronics is nothing special. So I give SINGLE STAR also I strongly recommend dont give precious items to Global Electronics.
