Very poor customer experience. I had no knowledge about my issue and asked their assistance. They gave me something else that was not needed by me. When I came to the shop to return they spoke harshly and told it cant be done. They totally forgot what my issue was and turned their attention away from me.I dont recommended any purchase done here. I have Requestes for duplicate invoice copy by providing all the details of my bill in order to claim warranty of the zebronics ups which is a defective product. in there invoice copy they have only given to contact us for any queries. So only I have requested for my duplicate invoice copy of my purchase in order to claim the warranty. And I have provide all the details. But they were not at all responded to me (customer) .So I think only for the name sake they are providing the email id and whatsup number to contact them. That is unfair practice. At least they need to acknowledge for the mail. They are earning money from customers but not responding for customer quires. They are providing Poor customer service. Even I have called them directly in phone. And they agreed to send the copy of invoice immediately , but not send the invoice copy to me. Mercy electronic providing poor service . Mercy electronics fooling and cheating the customers like me by giving their contact number and email address in purchase bill to simply to waste our time. After a several followup with them only I have added this Google reviews against the mercy electronics and even called them before adding this review. After this message I will never contact them.

Please buy products here when you are in real need or please stay away from them they are kinda overpriced and not reliable, Mercy was good once but not anymore they nowdays sell products at high price. Imagine you are buying a mouse and the mouse is not working properly and now you are returning it back to them, even though if you have packed the mouse properly with the package it cam they will be still asking where is the external plastic wrapper which we gave. If you want to buy something better aand cheaper spend 30 minutes more and take a ride to Ritchie street where you can find the products in much cheaper and better Quality.EDIT (2021)Its new year and i went and bought IP solution because i was in real need and still these guys havent improved they do not sell pure 96% Isopropyl alcohol anymore they kinda cheaped out the solution doesnt evaporate much quickly they have mixed some other thing in it.

I enquired to buy a JBL bluetooth speakers for connecting calls for my online meetings. I had explicitly asked for a speaker with both call audio (microphone) and media audio. They suggested a device for Rs.9000. Later found out that it had just the media audio feature and not the call audio. When asked, I was told that I had to take it to the JBL store. But when I checked online, I learnt that the speaker did not have a microphone at all. When I asked them for a replacement, they said that I had enquired for a bluetooth speaker and had not asked for a speaker with call audio. They did not accept the return thought I came back to the store in 5 days time. I wish I bought this product online. I would have searched for the exact speaker and features I was looking for and would have also got a better deal. Nevertheless they would accept returns for such genuine reasons. They get a lot of business and dont care about petty grievances like mine.

The staffs will be very ride and impatient and also beware of what you are purchasing as they will always promote a low cost variant which will be of very poor quality always buy known brands and ask for warranty details. As they will push low cost variants which dont hav a warranty and will ask you to exchange it if it doesnt work on the same day and after that they wont replace it and your money will be a total waste. But yes a one stop shop for all your electronic needs!

The female in the bill counter never responds properly. Wont even answer for a second. Wont pay attention as to which person comes first for billing. And not very polite. This had happened more than once to me. It had always happened whenever a female employee stands in the billing counter. Response is all Im asking for. Everybody else who attends when we ask for the product is good. Its only female employees Im disappointed in.
