If they have any minus rating, I would like to give that. In the name of visiting and service, they are just making fool to the customer. Never ever call for the service to this place. I have called for services, for just a visit of 5 min,they took 500 in the name of company rule. What kind of rule is this. When calling to above customer service,then they are refusing that they didnt share any person from their end.some third person did the service. Really making people fool.

I have wasted a whole day today trying to contact the Hitachi Customer Care and various Service Centres for servicing of my AC which is on AMC. They do not bother to come for regular three annual servicings on their own. They say they will come only if we call them with a problem. They are totally not reachable, the machine response is always line is busy, please call again later and the APP is also not helpful. Most frustrating experience. How to even get my complaint registered? Bah!One Star is only default option, I would rate Zero

Atmosphere is good but salary is very less

Nobody responds properly. I tried 3 centres, either number is non existent or no response. Is Hitachi run by a bunch of useless people?
