The shop is very patient and the service is good. The workers help us to grab things and in quick billing. But they are not having more products may be its because of the sales in this branch. Overall good service.

Very bad experience.. I have gone through from the shop open .. now days seen duplicate product and service worst ..always employees speaking ..laughing in front office

It is a shop filled with all the required household goods. It is also supplying vegetables for the nearby residents. Only drawback is, the shop is very congested as it is a small space or packed with lot of items. Since it is a pandemic situation, it would be better to allow customers inside the shop in small numbers and make others wait outside. This would reduce the fear of customers and increase their visits. If the shop follows the social distancing, it will be good shop to visit.

This is the best Nilgiris outlet I have ever visited. Good service and a lot of products.

Good place. Courteous and helpful staff. Not much varieties like other big Nilgiris but most basic things are there. Vegetables are sometimes not of great quality. Few products are nearing or past expiry and are still on shelf, staff should take care of that. But they readily exchange when bring back after noticing at home. Parking is a trouble for four wheelers.

One of the best supermarkets around Madipakkam where one can find pretty much everything. The store is neat and products fresh. Slightly understaffed at the billing maybe. You could expect a 5-10 minute wait time at the billing during peak hours. Otherwise its a good place with friendly staff.

Well, what sets this branch of nilgiris apart, is the staff.They are brilliant, the most friendliest, Always welcome you with a smile and they are available for help.You can have the best infrastructure, but if the people there are not friendly and helpful, the customers will feel it eventually.Super markets now a days are all help your self styled. But, a bit of help, a friendly smile goes a long way in customer satisfaction.I have been going there many months now and can vouch for the place. Mr Bharath , who heads the place, is always there and its always nice to meet him.Its cozy, and they have everything that one might need for a typical family.Its not easy, Well done team !

Good branch with most essentials and very helpful staff .Leo coffee powder making machine is there so u can get freshly ground coffee powder. However ,space is on smaller side with limitation on range and brands. Also gets cramped often so dont expect relaxed shopping experience!

Excellent super market where staffs are so polite and friendly. Staffs would always prompt you if you are searching for anything so that they can help with it. Also has vegetables and few fruits.

Owner attention: today they billed me 1kg avarakai cost 98rs. Koyambedu rate was 38rs per kg. When I show this to supervisor, he called someone and asking..then I verified all the veg rates. Shocked to found all rates are like dis. I took bill and screenshot of today koyambedu price. Waiting to show this to owner. This happens 3rd time to me in same shop.

Small place not a huge store but you get everything you need for daily survival. Lots of good cosmetics & toiletries.

They sell at MRP even in todays world. Bought 3 20KG bags of rice thinking they will have same quality as before. But turned out bad and they wont take it back. Will avoid this store going forward.---Responding to your reply:1) It is 3 months is it, mention whatever you want whos going to check2) Did you care to check the reason why the rice is horrible when you claim to boast of strict quality check.3) Never had problem with rice quality in last 4 yrs from Reliance Fresh (when it was there in same complex). Just bought a few times here and learnt a lesson.

Today I went to Nilgiris at Ramnagar, Madipakkam and bought dezen of red banana. Once reached home, when I saw it in the back side, I shocked. Its fake. The banana is quoted in red with some paint kind of thing and a small part missed to quote as was in deep inside. As the shop keeper removed few bananas to make it as a dezen, the inner part got exposed. Also seeing injection marks in each banana.We choose Nilgiris kind of super market to avoid duplicates. We trust we will get quality products from them even its costlier. But they do cheating us. If I didnt see this today I might think Im having healthy and quality fruit.In local shops I can get much better fruit I think. Atleast wont be harmful.Started with getting healthy food, endup with frustrated by getting duplicates..
