Without even consenting they will tear the shoe apart and then tell how much it will charge. And then if I say I dont want the service as the price is high they give the torn shoe which was in a wearable state before handing over. Please be careful before you handover the shoe if you coming here.. and to the management its my request to ask them to ask before tering the shoe off

I went there to repair the net of my running shoe(Reebok brand). Where I was suggested with 2 options1) To do patch work of 2cm (rs.400), not same material.2) To change the net of different colour, where the same colour was not available.I am still in shock after knowing the service cost to replace the net (only net) of the inner cushion for heel part. The charge estimate was 1800 rupees which is just little less than the cost of new shoe in amazon on the same day when I checked. And by now you all must be knowing what I would have did.Yes, I refused and walked away. As I did not take up their service I have no idea abt their quality of work, but however the money they charge is exorbitant.

They did a his Good job in restoring my motorcycle tank bag. They replaced the worn out resin material & it looks as good as new.

Had a four wheel American tourister bag. Wanted to replace a broken wheel. But the shop keeper would always emphasize on changing all the four wheels. Cost of changing the four wheels was Rs 2000/-. My bag costs only Rs3500/-. After a thorough dialogue and repetitive demand of changing only one wheel, i got it replaced for Rs 400/-. My experience was not great but had no choice as well.

My wildcraft boots were beyond repair. The sole got detached from the shoe and the in-soles were completely torn. I spent about Rs1800 to fix it and got new shoelaces as well. The workmanship was good. These shoes have lasted me for 2 more years now and is still good to use!

It really a quite dissatfied experience. For the purpose of repairing my trolley bag wheel,i approached pronto shop, located at ttk road. But the thing is that they exaggerated about the single wheel attachment and told me that i have to pay Rs.1500 , since theyll always do the wheel replacement in pairs. So, I changed my mind, went to another shop, but they got me the things done only for, rs.300 around.....really I am so much disappointed..
