Very disappointed, false commitment in appointment. No response in reception. Yesterday 16th evening we called and confirm Sunday appointment 17th and i went with my mom and hospital is closed. Very poor response and not recommended.

They not even eligible for 1star.I have been connected with vasan from 2012.So far did 4 cataract for my mother and father together.I could see their service deteriorated worst level to now.You lost almost 8years regular visitor(Regular eye check ups).I never visit again.Bye.Highlights:-Sweepers are putting drops over there.Not sure what clinical staffs are doing there.-Receptionist so disrespectful

Naanga irukom is their moto but no where it reflects in their hospitality I said my google map is showing 17 mins green pl ask the doctor to wait. The receptionist said not possible come tomorrow I had to U turn...I dont know how the management is still silent by looking at the reviews guess they are no longer intrested.. they are loosing their goodwill which they earned in these years cos of some staffs.

Some doctors dont have the courtesy to treat elderly. I am a doctor and I referred my parents to see them. But guess they dont have sympathy or empathy for the elderly.

Worst experience ever! They charge consultation fees and other charges for removing dust from the eye, when we specifically went to remove dust. What is the consultation fee is for? I asked them the same question, no answer.

Arrogant behaviour by all, doesnt look like a medical centre that cares for patients..

Worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. Worst customer service and power cut while I am in the middle of eye test on one machine.Believe me I have waited 2 hour 40 minute to retake the test.because they have a problem with generator. Simply they are saying that generator is not working so wait for some time. Now a days even in supermarkets we could see generators are working within fraction of second. Here the hospital dont have responsibility to maintain everything.please dont come and waste your money.

Visited Vasan to consult for my mother. She had issues in her eye due to Glucoma.. They didn’t have options for treatment or bare minimum provide decent consultation al least. Without giving us solutions they asked us to go to their branch in Saidapet to take eye scan which costed 5K. After we came back to consult the doctor in Ambattur she didn’t give any treatment and wanted us to go back to their Saidapet branch to consult another doctor who visits occasionally.. later we understand our efforts for the scan and the money was just a waste... After realising that this is not the place for treatment, we got treatment from another eye hospital near Poonamallee and got all consultation and treatment within a weeks time.. We realised all the scans carried out in Vasan was just a waste.... We got the treatment, scans and laser done in the new hospital at extremely lower cost,, at least we now have treatment..In my experience Vasan can just be used to check your eye power or glass replacements, otherwise for real treatments a BIG no... they will spoil your eyes and also waste your precious time on recovery...

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , BAD BEHAVIOR, NO CLEANILNESS, IRRESPONSIBLE STAFFS ,POOR MANAGEMENT , Dont VISIT AMBATTUR VASAN EYE CARE !!!

Nice hospital

I had undergone cataract surgery in this Hospital, a month ago. I had received the best attention and care, and I must add a word of praise for Dr. Kaushik, who is the Chief Surgeon here. He is highly skilled, and patient friendly. The hospital staff is fairly courteous and as for the facility, I have but one suggestion. There needs to be a rest room neatly maintained close to the section where patients are prepared before the commencement of the surgery. I am thoroughly satisfied with the surgery performed on me and I will rate it as no. 10 on the scale of ten. And about Dr. Kaushik, You are a master sir!.

Very badly managed would give zero star. Pathetic staffing as well.

Right now at this so called branded Vasan eye care at ambattur. Really guys should have gone by the reviews and stayed away from this place. They say the hospital opens by 9 AM and we are waiting here like fools and the staffs come in one by one by 10.15 AM. These guys dont value others time. The hilight is receptionist she was late to work and behaves in an arrogant manner to all the visitors including the patients. When I asked her why she is behaving like this and pin pointed that the mistake is on her side, she responded saying I shouldnt be talking about her timings. I definetly wont recommend this place because of what I experienced at the reception. Forgot to mention this is my first time to Vasan. Yet to meet the doctor, let me see how best they are...

Waiting for more than an hour for to see doctor till now doctor not present in hospital and then they having only one doctor i think

Very worst experience....I had a pain and swelling in my right eye...the doctor hesitated even to touch my eyes and look for remedie....after a check she told this is eye infection and will be spreaded .....even after two days there was no changes in pain and swelling....later we visited one more reputed hospital in Avadi which gave me a immediate relief in pain and I came to know that’s not an infection it’s just an swollen that created in my right eye....this doctor was really awesome....I request Vasan eye care to behave as doctors and take care there patients the way it should be....totally Vasan eye is waste of money and poor service...
