Hello All,I have severe neck stiffness almost more than a year ,i have no idea how this can be curable and which treatment need to take..whileI found the sunshine physiotherapy clinic through just dial and came to explained my problems to doctor Mr.m.p parthiban he advised to take some physiotherapy excercise and that we have done around 4 weeks .today im feeling better and the neck moment 50% improved to compare when my first day..There was fantastic guided and still he tought and insisted to do regular excercise and stretching that im following day to day life, i hope i can completely come out my problem...

Neck pain with right shoulder pain since 2 months,after getting treatment from sunshine now i feel better,unfortunately i went out of town for a month doctor told me to attend exercise therapy after returning back.
