We went for my mother’s treatment to consult with Some of their Senior Doctor all the way from East. We were so hopeful that my mother will be given some proper treatment with Solutions and will be healed as she has been suffering with sleeping disorder since last 15 years.Junior dr came and asked few questions then Senior doctor came and provided 1 tablet and asked to contact after a month, not even asked to take any sleep tests and nothing and charged 1000 Rs. I thought this institute and doctors would do something extraordinary other than offering medicines. It’s not possible for a person to travel every month or a year. They could have done all the tests and check the root cause of the problems other than doing this.We are disappointed with their treatment and doctors are just there not to treat but to earn.Pathetic experience.

Its a life changing experience for me. I have been suffering from heavy snoring problem & difficulty breathing during sleep for almost about 6 odd years now. I was diagnosed with severe OSA. I was advised to use CPAP machine & some life style changes like regular walking & exercising, diet.....etc.I am going through that regime for the last 2 months and experiencing phenomenal improvement in my overall health.I used to have disturbed sleep, used to feel too sleepy during the day n tend to doze off at work.....I am too obese. I used to hate walking. Things have changed upside down now. Usage of CPAP has really improved my quality of sleep & because of which i wake up fresh. I am just loving my morning walks. I had visited the clinic for sleep disturb. The front office is taking the all the questions and the same was repeated by a junior doctor and claiming 1000 INR for the stupid service. Please don’t visit by wasting your time and money

Hi everyoneI’m a 46 year old male who was suffering from obstructive sleep apnea for 2 decades without being diagnosed with it. I had other health complications which masked the root cause that is OSA . I was morbidly obese weighing 122kgs struggling. My family and friends made fun of my loud snoring and took it as a joke I laughed along with them totally unaware of my serious condition. One fine day on a routine master health checkup the doctor Since I was too obese the doctor asked me do you snore? I said yes loudly .Loudly enough to disturb others I said .She recommended for a sleep study immediately. Dr.N.Ramakrishnan of Nithra was recommended by my family doctor. Of course I had other options too and the choice was left to me. I chose Nithra clinic after doing some research.I had a sleep study done at home to my convenience scheduled with Nithra’s staff. I was diagnosed with severe OSA . This was a turning point in my life when I met Dr. N. Ramakrisnan. He advised me to start Cpap therapy immediately. Initially the whole thing looked scary and I was reluctant to start therapy. He gave me confidence and offered a free trial of the cpap.A senior technician was sent home and put on the mask for me. I fell asleep with in half an hour around 10pm. That’s all I know suddenly my alarm rings at 6am and I woke up. I had uninterrupted sleep for the first time after 20 years. Now this was the moment of truth!!! I was feeling totally refreshed and mere words can’t explain this feeling . I knew for sure the doctor has NAILED !!!! a potentially dangerous condition that I had for decades that could not be diagnosed. I dint need any further explanation. No jokes.!!! I bought a machine immediately. One advise online purchases of the cpap machine are cheap but don’t buy online There is no support no warranty and not reliable. Nithra offers great services at reasonable price. Money is not their motive and the entire team is very supportive and highly trained they really care for their patients and want to create awareness of this medical condition which goes in diagnosed in most cases. Where you take treatment or buy your cpap machine is purely the patient’s choice. They don’t force anybody . OSA has to be treated no matter where and that is their true objective.I lost 40 kilos in a span of 24 months . I followed the doctors advise about sleep hygiene. Crash diets and starving yourself doesn’t work. Several techniques the dietitian Hema suggested which worked out. With the cpap therapy I literally saw myself MELT away day by day. Believe me I never hit the gym or missed my favourite food. I ate in moderation something which I was not able to do before therapy. I realised how important sleep is . Able to sleep well is a blessing. Dr. Nileena and Mary Isabel was very supportive and dedicated Hats off to entire Nithra team. !!!! . Once again if you snore loudly take it seriously and if it happens to be OSA get yourself treated immediately. No matter where. Cheers 🙏👌👍

This is the cheapest sleep medication center and best in quality service

This place is bogus! I went there with a problem of excessive vivid dreaming and therefore lack of quality sleep. But they did a polysomnogram and claimed I have heavy snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. The fact is, I dont snore!They then gave me a CPAP machine for one day and charged me Rs.2800 as rent for it. Later I get to know CPAP rents are just about Rs.200 to Rs.300 per day!!After that, they flashed some bogus report at me saying that my AHI has vastly improved after using their machine and that I need to buy the machine from them for about Rs.70000 to Rs.80000. The moment I said I will research elsewhere and get back to them, they washed their hands off me.Basically this place exists only to sell CPAP machines to innocent victims. The script is very clear. Make the patient take a sleep study for Rs.12000, give him a machine for a day for Rs.2800, charge him Rs.800 for a fake consultation and then sell the CPAP machine at exorbitant prices.But as a patient, I havent benefitted even 1% from my visit to this bogus institute. If you dont want to get cheated, then dont visit this place...
