The experience that we had in this hospital was extremely good.The doctor ensured that my wife had a positive and normal delivery.The hospital staffs and nurses were very kind and supportive.We stayed for around 3 days in the hospital after the delivery.Everyday doctor and nurse would visit my wife and baby to check up on them. Indeed they were available anytime.Over the course of our stay, doctor helped and ensured that my wife was confident with the breastfeeding. Doctor even spent around an hour with her to explain and assist in her breastfeeding.Doctor and staff made sure that she was very confident about her motherhood on leaving from the hospital.All of the staff made us feel at home in the hospital.I am so glad that I chose this place and would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a boy baby on 27th July 2021 through cesarean, both mother and baby were cared well by the Doctor and nurses.. We came to hos in the late night.. The doc monitored my wife well and we had a situation where we can only do c section and she did it at a right time. Friendly staffs and very supportive..

Worst worst experience..I have faced complications just 2 months of treatment but she didnt tell anything about that to me ....money minded......only recommended IUI.I went there for secondary infertility.for ovulation induction she gave medicines in very very high does even I knew its high dose I took particular medicine. I thought that she had some idea about it and she will take care of it .bout it causes complications like OHSS but she didnt open her mouth and didnt tell about that .if they are giving treatment means some body condition wont accept some medications it is a known thing but she didnt even explained it it..in this condition further induction of overy will cause dangerous but still she recommended next cycle ovulation induction with out explaining about current situation and future complications..how can I believe her and continue..please consult some other good doctor

One of the worst hospital I ever seen.Receptionist are waste . They dont even know when doctor is coming and change their words time to time. Dont visit this hospital by ratings Also the waiting time was too long.More than 5 hrs no one will respond you.First I called to the hospital and asked for appointment they said OP is not allowed then I called on the same day and they replied doctor will not available and asked me to call Me after 2 days I called after 2 days by 11 am they said appoint is over for morning slot and advised to call at 3pm on same day.I called and they told appointment taken for 6pm when I visited the hospital they said phone appointment will not be considered. Hospital reputation is damaged by receptionist and the doctors delay response to patient. Dont recommend to anyone..

My worst life experience with the doctor and the hospital.My daughters blood is on Doctor Aishwaryas hands... she admitted me to be under observation for high BP but induced without my concern and asked me to go to sleep. The baby had no heart beat in the morning and she referred me to another hospital. She din bother to even talk to me. Its a life journey for us but for her its just business. I dont recommend this place... for urs and ur babies safety please go to a better hospital. Dont lose the child like I did.

Its a wonderful hospital in Tambaram locality, I must say. Dr.Aishwarya is one of the best gynaecologist. She puts in her best efforts in accomodating request of her patients and like already posted reviews she encourages towards normal. In my scenario, I had a normal delivery. She is truly passionate about her profession and ensures to visit her patients hospitalized for maternity multiple times without any hesitation.Other medical and non medical staffs are equally cooperative and caring. All nurse staffs are amazingly trained to take care of the patients irrespective of the time they are on duty. House keeping staffs and other non medical staffs are equally great in their approach.I had come across few not so great comments which I believe needs to be thoroughly ignored. Its a maternity hospital and obviously one needs to have patience to visit the doctor. The hospital has all facility at an affordable cost .Great efforts put in by entire team. Thanks to the hospital and doctor once again.Cherrs!!!

Thanks to doctor and Nurses and wehad nice experience with Madhu hospital.My wife had delivered a baby boy here last week. She had complications on short cervix and gestational diabetes during her second trimester, however Doctor was caring and always available to answer by phone/message in case of queries. Both doctor and staffs took care very well during our hospital admissions for cervical encerclage and delivery. After cerclage removal at 38 weeks, doctor guided us to wait for normal delivery and we are very satisfied with the service.

Worst receptionist. They will not give any proper responses . I specifically called the hospital twice in the morning to confirm appointment and they alloted a slot..When I reached there , they said doctor has left , and receptionist have not noted my number to inform about this. They asked me to come back by evening, but again no confirm timing was proposed. After traveling for almost half an hour & inspite of asking for an pre appointment, ,I got no proper response in reception hall. Will never recommend this hospital to anyone.

It is the best place for normal delivery. Dr Aishwarya mostly try to make normal delivery as possible but in my case due to chord around my babys neck cause some problem for normal delivery. Aishwarya madam is so friendly and replies all queries very clearly. All working staffs are so kind and treats the patient well.

Had a good experience with Dr. Aishwarya. She explains the situation clearly and mentions the dos and donts during pregnancy. Due care has been taken during CORONA period and I gave birth to a boy baby under normal delivery. Some times getting an appointment becomes a problem. During the pandemic situation due to CORONA she offers online mode of consultation. The nurses there, are friendly and have a good approach with the patient.

Soon as the doctor got to know that our baby died in the mothers womb (due to lack of monitoring when we were admitted in the hospital per the doctors advise to monitor the mothers blood pressure and the 37 weeks old fetus), the doctor advised us to get to another multi-speciality hospital to deliver the stillborn.My wife was asked to get admitted in the hospital to be under observation. We were in our ninth month. The doctor let her finger in and tried breaking the wall. Then she said there will be bleeding. Later she asked us to sleep. Without monitoring my wife or the baby.Most of all, after my wifes review, the doctor has messaged that she did not induce pain, whereas, she had informed me that she had tried breaking the wall.When in the other Multi-speciality hospital, while taking out the stillborn, we got to know that if the baby and the mother were monitored we could have saved the baby.

It is a very good , spacious and clean hospital. Especially, Dr. Aishwarya is extremely good doctor. She always prefer normal delivery. She is one of the best doctor across chennai. She take care of the patient really well and explain the reason for problem and treatment. Support staff especially Rani Sister treats you very well.

I have been going to Dr Aishwarya for some treatment and she has been very polite. She explains everything in detail and listens to patient queries and answers them clearly.Seeing the doctor in the day time is the best as there is not much crowd and waiting time is less. Looks like evenings are crowded and waiting time is more.Overall, I am satisfied and seeing result with the treatment provided.

My mother Latha Shridharan was frequently admitted in Madhu Hospital and she took her last breath in this hospital. Subadra Madam (staff of hospital) had helped me a lot all the time whenever I required without hesitating. She had kindly helped not only in duty hours but also in off duty by guiding me and clarifying my doubts. I was stuck in downloading my Mom’s death certificate, Subadra Madam had extended her complete support towards me for getting the certificate. My heartily regards and good wishes for her kind help. Madhu hospital is really very lucky in having staff like Subadra Madam who understands the person condition and never hesitate to help.

We had a good experience with the doctor & the team during delivery. We felt that the team has good experience to handle the situations. With the nurses (somebody,not all )we havenot good rapport.But overall this hospital is recommended to relatives.

We had our kid delivered last month (normal delivery), Doctor waited for normal delivery to happen and she didnt show any urgency for c section. Her house is in upstairs and she came throughout the night to monitor the pain and updated us with the progress.We had the consultation with doctor from 6th month on wards. We need to wait for around 1 hour for consultation but i guess, it is standard wait time in all hospitals now. Its worth to wait and see the doctor.Overall nice experience with the doctor & staff members . Hospital environment is very nice.

Hello all, after reading lot of comments and positive reciews i went to the hospital with a lot of hope. I was looking for hospital which would be ultimately qualified to conduct examination and taking care of patient from the first day till the baby gets delivered. But, my experience here was horrible as the support staff was not very responsible and i dont find the doctor is also friendly. As she isnt listening to our query and suggested medicine though she may have expertise on medicines but i think its responsibility of the doctor make people aware of what medicine they use.

Had my second delivery in Madhu hospital. Dr. Aishwarya was so kind enough to explain the details of my pregnancy. The facilities in the room was excellent. The care taken by the staff nurses are out of word. I thank each and everyone for your support during and after delivery.Lakshmi rajini

I gave birth to my baby girl here. Doctor Aishwarya tries to make it normal delivery. But in my case because of pre eclampsia they did an emergency csection. The service was good but the appointment is the problem here. Girls in the reception are irresponsible and never respond properly. Doctor is good

I was referred to dr ishwarya by my family doctor for my delivery..my doctor suggested that she is a very good doctor and moreover her hospital is near to my moms place..so after coming to my moms place in chrompet i went to madhu hospital..doctor was very polite and even though i went to her during my 9th of pregnancy she treated me very well..doctor ishwarya was keen on having a normal delivery and encouraged me too..on 23rd may night i got admitted in the hospital as my cervix was opened..doctor induced pain and was trying for normal delivery till 24th afternoon..on may 24th i delivered a girl baby☺..(unfortunately i had a c sec as i couldnt bear the pain and didnt cooperate with the doctor)..i am conveying my heartiest thanks to dr ishwarya and all the staff members working there for heloing me with a safe delivery..The charges were nominal..the nurses were very polite and helpful..still i am consulting the same hospital for my child..overall i had a very gud experience..

Dr. Aishwarya the BEST gynaecologist & obstetrician doctor in Chennai.My wife had a normal delivery all because of her consistent support, as she was giving more confidence (mentaly & physically) from the first month of her pregnancy to my wife in order to carry out NORMAL Delivery of child birth. Our son was born on 2nd Dec18 (normal delivery) after all encouraging words and support given by Dr. Aishwarya and all the hospital staffs, hence we strongly recommend Madhu Hospital.

Very bad experience... Dr.aishwarya behaves very rude and worst. What ever the reason u go she tells all negative things and makes u to take all test. Also She gives only manual written bills which contains only total...Also she never care of patients. We have to minimum 45min to 2hrs. Suddenly she goes to his home and come back with her convenience. Untill we have to sit simply.Very very worst and rude..................

Dr Aishwarya is simply the best Gynaec doctor ever seen. She is detailed, smart, focussed and was able to figure out complex medical issues with my wife. Doctor and Management are money minded and you should wait for a longtime to see the doctor and there is no proper appointment nor a queue is there in this hospital and patients are not treated properly and whoever is known to doctor are given priority in seeing the doctor. Great and good doctor Mrs. Aiswarya . She done her best as she said. Had my 2nd delivery caesarean (baby boy) at madhu hospital . Really very neat amenities at c - section theatre .. rooms ,cradle for babies everythings are perfect . I was in doubt about this hospital when I approach for check ups after that aiswarya mam made me to feel comfortable. Only waiting time and irresponsible reception will kill us but everywhere is same i think. Otherwise its a good hospital and worth for money. Our operation cost is exactly around what she mentioned not even single rs is more than that. Highly recommended for this area.

I consulted gynaecologist dr.iswarya..she is good and hospital atmosphere also good..it is very clean....but why I am giving 3 stars the irritating thing here is waiting I came 4 times.... every time I waited minimum for two and half hours....it is very irritating...

This hospital definitely deserves 5 star. Dr. Aishwarya is one of the best Gynaec doctors in Chennai. Her counselling is perfect and her experience helps her understand all the different types of cases. As a result each patient receives good personalized care, pre and post pregnancy. She takes time to listen to her patients. They do adequate tests and they dont do any unnecessary tests. Very rare to find a doctor like Dr. Aishwarya - certainly a blessing to have found her. I wont hesitate to recommend her to all my friends. The hospital nurse and rooms are just perfect. The charges for Op and pregnancy are very reasonable. Their surgery rooms and labour ward are state of the art. Pharmacy is well stocked and the reception provides a seamless service during the time of pregnancy. Regular appointments could be challenge as it is usually crowded in evening. Morning hours after 10.15 am are best time to visit and they usually take only walk-in appointments. After seeing three Gynaecs in Coimbatore, Chennai and Bengaluru, we were very glad to found Dr. Aishwarya finally.

I really had a very bad experience in my first time itself. They asked me to come by 4.30 pm for scan and told you can meet doctor immediately after the scan. I took my scan by 5.30 pm but met doctor only at 7.30 , i was about to faint as i didnt have any snacks/tea in the evening thinking i can leave from hospital early. Also i thought doctor has to come from long distance hence this much delay but the worst part is doctor resides just in upstairs. Then come my blood test, consulted doctor and she told to take blood test in the next day morning. I reached hospital the next day by 8:00 am and gave my blood sample, initially the staff told the amount as 3710 i was literally shocked and asked how, she again calculated in front of me and the sum came as 2710. i have paid for the same and she said she will call me once the report is ready. But there was no call till the next day of test, then my husband call they told they are yet to consult to doctor and then they will inform. Then again my husband only called nand went to hospital to collect the report, i have pain 2710 but they billed only for 2340, when my husband asked how come they dont have answer and he waited for 20 mins but no one came to reception after that and he left.I went to that hospital by seeing the others reviews but i will not suggest to myself not to go anymore there
