Arrogant, rude, insensitive, entitled old man. Hospitality among him and his staff - 1/5. Go find another surgeon, there are many surgeons who can perform just as well as him if not better. He casually insults his patients, other doctors and thinks hes better than everybody. Every sentence he says expresses that. Hes not that good with his work to put up with it.

Completely pathetic personality. he cant even maintain patient - doctor confidentiality. Poor fellow.
