Limited collection, service needs to be improved. Was having problem with credit card swiping machine during my visit.

It is located at kottivakam. The shop having good space and wide range of products from Bata india. During visit different model and different size was not available. However, Bata showroom collect the order and deliver within nereby locality. However, for my case they have failed to provide my requirement.

A very good supportive sales team that patiently helps you in your shopping . Products are good with variety of choices.

Customer service was good. Had a lot of different collections. And also we had good discounts happening for certains kids shoes. Due to covid they switched off the A/C but there were no fans too.

Its our go-to store for footware. Especially when it is for chappals & Hush Puppies. Karthick the sales person at the store is a great guy! If you are going there ask for him by name. The others also are fine but Karthick is very good, remembers his clients and their orders from the past, remembers their choices and never forgets to ask if they are comfortable using them.

I am most satisfied in this shop for:1. Free and wide parking space,2. Good product at the cheapest price3. Good hospitality. The staff cared well4. Hassle free billing counter

Recently I visited the showroom Thiruvanmiyur. Getting ridges of Bata shoes collection added advanced. Better review your and community oppion must. Outer sale products slightly high. Regionally sale products are very bad at the time.

Bata has become very expensive. However the quality is the same. I wonder why one would pay more for cheap bata products.

They always have a sale on but then its on very selective items which look like they are from another decade. The products without discounts are good as usual Bata products. Well located on the main road, easy to access and good parking space is there.

Well, it is the usual Bata experience so nothing unique to write about. As always as is the case with Bata, expect a clean, fuss free experience with a decent inventory of shoes across brands. At the time of my visit, I was unhappy with the lack of any discount pricing despite buying 10k worth of Hush Puppies. Otherwise, a reliable store with most needs fulfilled. Something for everyone..

Better than high end brands only drawback is if you have a shoe size of 11 its difficult to get footwear

You can buy your school shoes here. They have discounts often. They have a good sale too. Nice variety of sports, casual and uniform shoes. For both men and women!

In deference to prosperous families living nearby, this Bata outlet has more upmarket designs in stock. They havent forgotten those looking for cheaper options either. Theres a display of older designs at a discount counter in their parking lot. Yes. Theres a parking space to hold 2 or 3 cars. That itself makes it special among Bata outlets in South Chennai!

It is a normal showroom. May be as I always looks for trendy shoes, i never found any match to my taste here. Further, i have stopped here multiple times seeing the 50% offer banner to check if I can get something. But unfortunately i never seen as shoe of my size or taste. 😉😂

Located on ecr near RTO this show room has lot of collection.The ground floor has collection for men and first floor for women.Service is good. But i think it depends on the sales person. A few years back I was not happy with the service i received, but things seems to have improved.You also get discount on some items and they have a separate stall outside the showroom near the carpark.

Nice shoes, they dont have much variety but whatever they have is wearable. That is what matters when you go out to buy shoes. Ive grown up wearing bata shoes and it has a special place in my shoe rack. A little sad though because the brown signature sandles they used to make, they have stopped making now. RIP sonja bata!

I had bought a North star cloth shoe for Rs.800 on 30 Aug 2018. The shoe started tearing apart in a few days time. When I went to claim warranty replacement they told me you have brought a duplicate brand. We cannot replace this. We dont sell these brands here. I then realised the reason why they had issued a hand written bill on the date of purchase.They had given me duplicate stock. DONT BUY AT BATA SHOWROOM KOTTIVAKKAM on East Coast Road, Chennai. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND GANG UP ON YOU IF YOU CLAIM WARRANTY.. I wish I could give zero star.

Out of most of the Bata Showrooms that I had visited, this one is really good. W.R.T., parking space, discounts, availability of products, staff etc., One could find round the year a discount stall available in this showroom.
