I asked for door delivery a small medicine . They told that that medicine not having any value so we cant do delivery and no staff there

The worst customer service... not at all good behaviour in the billing counter, not communicating with respect! and you have been not allowed to redeem your point coz they always used to say network issues!👎

Good Pharmaceutical shop at Ambattur OT near Rakki cinemas. Limited collection of medicines only available. Good n friendly staff. Price of medicines is okay compared to other shops. Medicine at a discount price of 3% to 10% is always available. Variety of Baby products like diapers, cereals and milk powder is available. Apollo brand products are available at great discount. Collection of medicines has to increased.

Worst branch ever seen. Very poor customer service. Its been 3 days we ordered for door delivery for an emergency medicines but these people promised to deliver on this Saturday evening which we ordered on saturday morning, but failed and gave reasons like bike repair and promised for next day morning... But till Sunday evening they didnt deliver, when we called them, they said machine charging for card payment as no power supply till 1 pm and promised to send the executive at 4 PM sharp...But today Monday, evening.... Till now we didnt get the medicine... When we ask them to cancel, they didnt accept the cancellation also. Stated they billed on Sunday morning itself... But the billing message we received only by Sunday night at 8 PM to my mobile.... All fake reasons... Till now they didnt deliver the medicines... Totally disappointment.
