Tried their signature dish Biriyani which was prepared with Seeraga Sambha rice, rice was decent and can for exploring can try once.Coming to the chicken pepper dry it had good amount of quantity and spices.

Chickoet donne biryani house at Velachery main road (100ft road)We went around 3.30pm (late lunch)Empty restaurant. Tables and water jars were very dusty. Not sure whether we are the first one to enter the restaurant after lockdown.All the biryani options were available. We ordered 2 biryani and Guntur chicken.Biryani s made of seeraga samba rice.tastewise, it was little blunt. Even after adding the salna given along with the biryani, it tasted the same.Thankfully we ordered guntur chicken which we wanted it to be semi gravy. Combination of both guntur masala and biryani was deadly.Quantity was filling.Price wise, its okay.

Super briyani. Every ingredients are crushed into favour the briyani. Chicken was soft and taste stays in the mouth fr long. Quantity was good with qualities. Love to visit again.

The food is decent - nothing mind blowing but good enough. The combos are better rather than the biriyanis alone. The place is located on the first floor right above Titan eye plus shop. The service is average. There is no allocated parking area. Two wheelers can park easily but car parking may be difficult during peak hours.

Perfect ambience, timely service, and nice food. We went with our family here, and we ordered mutton dhonnai biryani and chicken lollipop. The platting was cute and neat with dhonnai. The meat were fresh and tasty. Especially, the mutton pieces in the biriyani where juicy and soft like cotton candy. But, wait, wait...dhonnai biriyani didnt impress me. It doesnt taste like biriyani. The flavours are missing, for a biriyani lover, dhonnai biriyani might disappoint. If you are bored eating biriyani and want to try new flavours in biriyani I will strongly recommend to try dhonna biriyani.

Very poor food and hopeless servicing. The service boys are not trained or groomed.To avoid confusion, I have already asked for an official Edit as this place is no more Chickpet Donne Biryani but Khalids Biryani. Ideally, the owners should have asked for the edit but unfortunately they did not!

New open restaurant. A good looking and gud ambient atmosphere. Need to improve more on delivering. Food is ok but not great with respect to money. The quantity of the food is less but the price is high. Good and impressive on supplying food with banana leafs. Add the location of the restaurant in Google and open some web page.

We were super hungry and searching for a restaurant today in rain and finally was happy we found one. But our happiness dint last long. I ordered boneless chicken biriyani and to my disappointed I received warm chicken biriyani which was okay along with cold boneless chicken pieces on top. I couldnt eat the chicken once I felt it was cold. I guess they had apparantly picked up some random boneless chicken pieces which was cold to touch and mixed it up with this biriyani thinking no one is going to know 😟

Donne Briyani taste is very good, tried mutton and prawn briyani along with fish fry and chicken fry. Smell and Taste is unquie, briyani serving with Donne. Also tried goli soda. Hand wash area need to maintain properly on the weekends. Must try Briyani, cost also pretty decent. I tried in velachery 100ft road branch. Also tried medavakkam branch through swiggy delivery. Taste is same everywhere.

Like all branded chains Donnai biriyani has lost it quality.The biriyani had a null taste and It was not hot ..The quality of the mutton pieces were also not up to the mark . Quantity was ok .Given two stars only for the Vanjaram Fry which had authentic Donne biriyani taste.The prawn biriyani was the normal plain biriyani with oil fried prawns ( Refer Photo) 😏😏😏🤧Importantly the service was pathetic ..Anything we asked they its not there though we went around the opening time .🤧🤐Overall it had a ok taste with no freshness of food and a good presentation.😤😤Overall a disappointed Valentines day dinner 😔

If you are patience enough you can enjoy a delicious eat. I had to wait for an hour on the weekend but the food was worth the wait. Dont miss the starters and the ever famous biryani. The Biryani was simply Superb.. Was served Hot and the taste was splendid. I would advise to go and have the Biryani in the Hotel.. It was really authentic and a definite MUST TRY variety of Biryani..

Myself and my friend went donne biryani house at Velachery. We are ordered Mutton biryani, Mutton chukka, vanjaram fish fry. The biryani was good mutton pieces was juicy and mutton chukka was really unique taste. I will recommend this place to eat unique biryani next time me and my family visit again.

Such a poor service..!! Im writing this review stitting in this restaurant on a Sunday were only one person is there to take care of the entire restaurant... Service was soo delayed with only one guest sitting in the restaurant and thats me..!! It took 30 mins to get me severd with the biriyari he is only concentrating on online orders..!! Today i bought kebab biriyani and nethili 65 from velachery branch (7.9.2020)...but its not nethili 65 it is oil 65...if you crush single piece of nethili fish u can extract 3 table spoon of oil...more over there is no flavor, spicy nd taste at all in nethili 65 ...i think it is old stock of fish...biriyani taste is ok...less salty nd less spicy but kebab pieces in biriyani (kshetriya kebab) also full of tons of oil...they charged 410 for both the dishes...but waste of money...i just thrown away nethili 65 into the dust bin.. worst place ...

Not the usual briyani kind. The flavour is dull & shouldnt be called as briyani. However both chic & mutton pieces are soft & well cooked. The quality & quantity is good. Overall experience was good. Rate is quite considerable to other non vegetarian hotel. Volume provided is also sufficient for a hungry foodies. Nicely air conditioned and quiet ambience.

I have tasted , donne mutton biryani and fish finger . The biryani was ok but the starter contained a bit of more oil in it . Service is really not up to the mark . Average ambience. We can visit once for tasting the biryani.
