Great experience. Went for a hairfall and skin care consultation. Right from booking the appointment until buying products from Chosen, protocol was perfectly followed. Very friendly staff, asst doctors.and the eversmiling Dr.Renita. My case manager Krithika is always available for queries and soft spoken.I was initially sceptical about the cost of the products. Had so many apprehensions about the duration of the treatment and hole in my pocket. Dr.Renita just told me the this was similar to need and want and that I had to decide. I have never felt this positive in a clinic. The immediate feeling you get when visiting a hospital is a sense of fear and anxiety. Render is quite different and full of calming vibes. Been a patient of Dr Renita for years now, and Ive always felt taken care of at Render, she and the entire team are warm and professional, not to mention very competent at what they do. That being said, a dermatologist developing her own product range, *prescribing* them to all patients and marketing them aggressively on social media ( most of those products are absolutely unnecessary to be honest ) doesnt sit right with me, and has me questioning her credibility and ethics off late, not to mention very poor follow up communication on their end.Anonymous review for obvious reasons, I have a good relationship with team render and dont want to mess it up as I am still continuing treatment with them.She may be the go-to dermatologist of Chennai but there are many other dermatologists who are just as good, dont just go by the 5 star reviews, and take Dr.Renita fans for their word, do your research and choose your dermatologist wisely to save yourself time, money and the waiting !

Priority is given to celebrities and famous people, doctor spends more time with them talking nicely and taking photos and videos whereas not even spending 2 mins to see normal patients like myself, dont know why such a partiality!! they always get appointment whenever they want but we have to wait for months and months and then too such a half hearted consultation, totally disappointed..

I have spent close to 2 lakhs for my treatment. No improvement at all.. now recently took LHR and i got pimples all over my face.. when i try to call Render clinic for quick remedy no response at all. I have paid for my treatment and so you are answerable and responsible for this treatment.. how can you ignore my calls? If i call to few direct watsapp no my calls are getting rejected.. it seems they have blocked my no.. when i tried to meet doctor after LHR to say that am facing some discomfort they didnt allow me to meet..No value for common man.. they are giving importance only to celebrities.. but i also paid close to 2 lakhs and you are not running any charity institution.. so please have some respect for your customers or patients

I’ve tried so many Dermatogist over the last 6-7 years, I don’t think anybody has matched the kind of results Dr Renita has given me.I went to her with severe acne (which suddenly appeared) and her team was so reassuring with their treatments and post treatment care. Unlike other clinics, there is regular follow up which I really loved. People say that her procedures are slightly expensive but just think about it an as one off situation and life long glass like skin*!*obviously depends on the intensity of skin damage!

Such a beautiful clinic the place is soo neat and clean and the staff are so friendly, including doctors.. and Dr Renita!! what can I say?? Shes simply the bestest and beautiful soul !!! only one thing I feel is that all the suggestions are expensive, they just assume you are rich and can afford all the stuffs but I cant buy them for long term, thats just my point!!

We did get an appointment for the very first consultation.For getting the appointment itself, we had a hard time to reach out to the clinic as no retort for the calls after recurrent calling got an appointment fixed finally.Once we got the consultation time and visited the clinic the service was very strange and pathetic and made us wait for a long time even though the appointment was given and we had been 15 mins prior the appointment time.Questioning attendees are not supposed to come along with, which was not hinted or conveyed during the appointment slot confirmation.And above that waiting time was too elongated. What is the purpose of taking an appointment if we need to wait again for an hour or so?And the consultation was also not that great and not at all inspiring. It was just a casual glimpse and not even an appropriate detailed discussion and its completely waste of time and after consulting we wanted to know how to practice the medicines. There are vast medicines that are offered which is also pricier and no revert for sms, whatsapp, calls. This is so very waste of our precious time and not recommended. Poor hospitality and completely waste of time.

Worstu staffs with very bad management I literally waited for 1 month for appointment and they cancel it without our consent . Why should any normal patients prefer such busy docter on earth . Please dont consider clinic like this for regular visits you would die in order to get an appointment at first place .

I waited literal months to get an appointment and I was fine with considering they had a clear system in place and were taking covid safety seriously. But I was honestly quite disappointed with my first visit. While the process was explained in their welcome brochure, the reality didnt quite match. I hardly spent 10 minutes with the case manager and consultant doctor and before I could finish explaining my concerns to her, Dr Renita walked in and I couldnt really explain my concerns to her either because she immediately just started evaluating my skin and hair. I had an entire list of questions to ask them that I couldnt because I hardly got a chance to talk to a doctor. My case manager couldnt really answer my questions authoritatively and while she explained the prescription clearly, it seemed like the doctors had prescribed nearly their entire store for my very minor concerns!!! I got a milia removal procedure done for which they made me wait 45 minutes.. I was informed that i would get a message after the appt with info on how I can follow up on aftercare and further treatments and I havent received any such message in the last ten days. All these reviews about the great post- appointment follow up and all now seem fake. I went in expecting a lot from Dr Renitas team despite the frustrating process of getting an appointment because I was excited to finally have a good regular dermatologist but after my rushed experience I doubt Id want to visit this clinic again.Bottomline: If you dont have any specific concerns and just want to set up a good skincare regimen, just follow Dr Renita Rajan on instagram. Youre more likely to get the detailed advice you need from there rather than an appointment at Render.

Taking treatment in Render for my skin is one of the best ever decision i took! I have never visited their clinic with the online consultation alone my skin has become so much better in 3 months. I have been seeing Dr.Renita for the past 2 years for my hair loss. Currently I have lost so much hair than I had 2 years back. The objective of this clinic is to prolong the process as much as they can so that they can milk more money from the clients. Its not just about losing hair, the quality of my hair has gotten so much worse because of the products they made me use. On top of this, its so hard to get follow up appointments with the doctor for consecutive sessions. The staff are sometimes rude when you try to book appointments. Once one of the ladies said Why are you disturbing me when Im having lunch when I tried to call to book an appointment for a follow up session. Also the doctor behaves like a celebrity when she comes and meets you. She will be in a hurry to leave after seeing you for 30 seconds. I have spent more than a lac here and I wouldnt recommend this doctor at all if youre looking for progress.Edit: There are a lot of fake reviews here to cover up the 1 star reviews. Save your buck and go somewhere else for hair treatment.

She is kind doctor. Need yo get the prior appointment, for me took 2 months to get the appointment. Thats bit worrying part.Very less waiting time means they will start the procedure immediately. Generally need to check with assistant doctor after verified with reception and Manager, then Dr.Reneta will check the patient.Having enough car parking but security staff at parking can manage the parking in better way.

Right from fixing up appointment (was waiting for nearly 2 months bcoz of the clinics Covid protocol), everything went smooth during my first visit. 1st meet up is with case manager who will be in touch with you even after visiting the clinic like clearing your doubts regarding product procedure and fixing up future appointments. 2nd meet up is with assistant doctors who already had knowledge about my concern and listened patiently to my concerns and cleared doubts (they ask to fill a Google form explaining in detail about all your concerns pre - visit, which makes the patients time spent in clinic minimum which is a good thing during Covid times). Final meet up is with Dr. Renita Rajan. She explained clearly the dos and donts and the protocol which is going to be followed in my future appointments for my skin concern. She is a gem. Been following her in instagram for an year or so, I can able to understand her words. What she does in her clinic she speaks in social media. I havent met a dermatologist like her before. I have visited Render Clinic for Hair Loss and Hair thinning. Undergone the suggested treatment and procedures. I observed good results of new Hair growth and Hair thickening even though I am at the age 40 with severe thyroid problems, whatever its is, tremendous and outstanding results. If youre passionate about your hair then close your eyes and walk to this Clinic. Doctor is highly professional and providing best in class treatments. Staffs were friendly and professional. Doctor is taking extra mile and constantly training their staffs. Clinic has lot of international products for skin and hair. It is worth for your money.

The doctor is very impatient. She just wants to finish and go to the next patient asap. Not so concerning also. I think theyll do all these stuff only for the celebrities .posting and adverizing them in her insta account to advertise. I have done been diagnosed with FPHl and am studying overseas. I have 3 Itpl and have been taking all the medications regularly but no significant results. The results are secondary but she can be patient towards us. And have some concern ,we are reaching out to u. Believing that doctors likeu will help us We need to wait for her appointment for weeks and she just talks to us like 3 mins..... very bad experience.... Dr. Renita is great! Despite the current situation with lockdowns, etc, I had a video consultation with her. She was thorough and professional and lays the facts straight. The staff who arranged the appointment and VC, the case manager who followed up were all great.

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from hair loss for the past 3years. Recently it is increased a lot. I have undergone treatment (using monoxidle and tablets). It was initially good. Later, I have asked to stop the medicine as it was okay. Now, it is started and servers. It is very thin now. Can I get my hair thicker and stop hair loss? Are there specific treatments?Please let me know.

Give a try at Renders and for sure one can see the visible results!!!!. I visited for hair loss treatment. I could see the results with in weeks. But this may not the same for every one.Make sure to be there on time, so that everything goes smooth.Considering the number of appointment every day, being late might chew up lot of our time.In most of the negative comments I see two major concerns.1. Dr.Renita is impatient - I would never say that.Its just the natural tone a person speaks and it varies from person to person. She is patient enough to repeat and clarify the doubts and treatment course like a charm.2. Unprofessional staff behaviour - I wouldnt say unprofessional but kind of they were in a hurry. And this is because they had a lot of patients coming in and so had to rush up things in billing and treatment councelling sessions.In my opinion im totally satisfied with my experience. The treatment is expensive but the products they suggest are really good(international products). So its worth the money to see visible results.

I visited this clinic a month ago. Firstly, the ambience was so good . Dr.Renita was so kind and showed an extreme level of patience in understanding my problems. I would strongly recommend anyone who has major skin concerns to consult Dr.Renita.

I have been going to Dr. Renita for PRP treatments for the last year. We have been more than successful and I am continuing treatments. She is personable, informative, and is easy to speak with. I highly recommend if you are balding or your hair is thinning to try PRP its not 100% effective but it is worth a try!

One of the worst clinics. Poor patient outcomes. Exorbitant billing and Dr. Renita is known to turn away emergency patients after providing appointments. All in all an absolutely terrible experience after spending in lakhs. Classic case for professional malpractice.

Very competent doctor. Takes time to listen to your concerns, thorough with her examination. Before she prescribed any medication for me, she had proper tests done to ensure that the dosage is appropriate and scheduled follow ups to access effectiveness of the treatment. Dr Renita explained the cause my ailment and what the proposed treatment was and why it will work. The clinic is organized, very well equipped, the staff are well trained and very courteous.

Hello mam, I have hyper pigmentation and pitted scars on nose. It found to be dowling degos disease after histopathology result. I used medication prescribed by a clinic for a few months. I feel I developed new pitted scars after using it due to dry skin. Could you suggest whether it will be curable... I am in dilemma now whether to continue the treatment or not.

Confused between whether I had a dermatological problem or a gynecological one, I booked an appointment with Dr. Renita Rajan. Admittedly, at the time, I did not fully know of the practices cosmetic specialization. Ridden with unbearable pain, I managed to make my way to the clinic and watched dozens of other appointments take place (during my booked appointment time) while I cried on the couch in agony.When I finally met Dr. Renita, she looked visibly unsettled at the unpretty problem, performed a cursory assessment, and apathetically gave me a prescription. Fast forward four more days of abnormal pain and several fervent messages to the clinic about concerns regarding a possibly incorrect diagnosis and if perhaps I should go to a gynecologist instead, I was told to wait it out again.Three days later, unable to take the pain anymore, I waddled to a gynecological hospital where the doctors and nurses reprimanded me for not coming to them earlier. Upon full information, they expressed shock that such a misdiagnosis could have been carried out (it was indeed a gynecological and not a dermatological issue) and condemned the doctor for not having directed me properly. They then performed an operation on me which dissolved the pain in seconds. However, because of the delay, I did have to be admitted and prescribed bed-rest for several days.Dr. Renita, I had heard so many good things about you and your clinic. I wish you and your employees had seen the clueless woman in pain that day and done what you could to help me, as medical professionals, to guide me to the right treatment. It would have saved me a world of pain.Anticipating a response from this business stating they only practice cosmetology and hence this incident was entirely due to my indiscretion, Id like to make clear that a) at the time, the issue, did NOT look markedly un-cosmetic to me, a laywoman b) I had completely briefed the clinic prior to the appointment and c) during and after the appointments, the doctor had many chances to direct me to the right professionals instead of conclusively misdiagnosing and hence further confusing me.This said, I do truly believe the doctor is excellent at her specialization. This review is only a warning to know what issues to approach this clinic for.Cosmetic: yes; Medical: no.

Consulted Dr.Renita for acne and scarring..... She is so friendly and explained my problem and the treatment plan and procedures so politely.Procedures are a bit pricy for me but the results are outstanding. So the price doesnt really matter. Moreover the treatments here are in advanced levels. I am enjoying this clinic.

After spending 1.5 lakhs and now doctor has stopped my treatment abruptly told this treatment is not working for me because of my obesity problem..Now my skin gone back to worse.. but y this kind of trial and error treatment? Why this was not told before the treatment starts?? I didnt see any improvement in my skin.. total money wasted..
