Hi mocdoc. Thanks for responding. I saw your response only today, the reason is because I am a very busy doctor who has no time for personal work (forget about running behind your company). I have no vendetta against you. I am not vandalizing your brand. Just holding up a mirror to you and showing you what you are. I generally do NOT review anything or any place. The reason I had put the review here is because your customer care does not respond to my requests or calls. The reason why I am using the product is because you refused to refund my money (which I requested within 1 week of buying your product when I realized how bad your after sales service is and the bugs in your product) . Also because your sales team kept promising they would rectify the bugs and errors in the product. We have shifted to a new software now. You can not survive as a B2C company with your attitude and lack of proper customer care. Please modify it or else the competition will eat you up. Dont expect free lunches is what they wrote back to me when I pointed out the many bugs in their software
