As we are living in Adambakkam our entire family has very good hope on Dr.Pandian sir...He treated our generation when we are kids and now he is treating our kids too....we have a very good bondage with this hospital.Last week I admitted my mother for covid positive.Dr. Thiagarajan pandian clearly explained the state of my mother and the treatment. Pathetic hospital, pathetic staff, pathetic management. They dont care about the patients at all. Every time when we go there, old people have to wait for at least 2 to 3 hours even though the doctor is available. We had a very bad experience while booking for Covid vaccination for my 76 year old father. We booked 9am slot through the cowin website. Before booking, I called the hospital and asked them if I can book the 9am slot. They said yes. When we went there at 9am, the staff carelessly says that they dont give vaccines at 9am. They asked us to go back and come after 1pm. My father was barely able to walk and they showed no courtesy. When I asked them, why they asked us to come by 9am, they are replying that they would never have said like that. Very poor service, careless management. Never going back there again and would advise others also not to go there.

Very very worst hospital. Please dont visit there for any emergency times. When my grandfather was ill. We called to the hospital and asked whether can they treat my grandfather. They gave all the surety and finally when we reached to the hospital. They didnt not even let us inside the hospital. They checked my grandfather pulse in tha parking itself and they gave a wrong data saying it was 89 and below saturation. But when we again checked there it shows 98 . Then we asked for an ambulance to drop us somewhere. They are saying they have ambulance but no driver. Finally we took him in our car itself.Very very bad service and zero humanity exist and spoiling the reputation of Dr. Pandian.If you want to save your close ones life. please dont visit there for God sake.Please stop giving false hopes. If you would have told us before in the call, we wouldnt have reached you.

This hospital does not know what is called patience their reciptionist is scrap the are asking to come for 7:30 pm and we are not able to meet the doctor even after waiting for 3 hours none care for patients. The are not giving receipts for the payment even we insist for this is one of worst hospital in taking care of patients and their ailments.

I would like to share the experience, overall good. But we need 200 percent tolerance to see the Doctor. i used to travel from Vandalur to KP hospital, after getting appointment in the morning. Even after reaching the hospital in-time, they will make us to wait for 3/4 hrs to consult doctor. This is highly disguising. The Reception must work properly to address this issue or the management must interfere in this matter to shut down the waiting time for the patient traveling from faraway like me. TOKEN SYSTEM TO BE TOTALLY CHANGED.

Please dont go, charges are hefty with sluggish Nurses. All new recruits but few of are exceptional. Medical coarse will drag for couple of days and will keep you idle for more than 8 hrs prior to discharge just like mine. Paid 1500 rs extra for overshooting 2 hrs for 3rd day. Doctor fees is 1000 rs just for one visit a day

Worst appointment process followed. Appointment by calling wont give any number. Even if they tell one number, reception will give another number by calling once again. After reaching hospital, they will have some other people between each number. So they will never call by numbers. They will only call by names.

My father in law was admitted in the KP hospital for nearly 10 days. After discharged from the hospital, he was asked to come for a follow up in another 3 days. My father in law was a bed ridden patient, with food tube over his nose and also with catheter. He had severe wound as well in his body. With all these conditions and prior appointment, he was taken to the hospital in ambulance Dr. PANDIAN was on leave in that week. So We had appointment with his son, who is also (called as a) doctor. He is such a ruthless person. If Dr. PANDIAN was there this could not have happened. We reached hospital by 5.30 to 6 p.m and returned back to home at night 12.15 am. Is this the way a doctor should treat a old aged bed ridden patient who is very ill? My father in law died on the same day within 2 to 3 hours after returning back from the hospital. The doctor might have been educated in any bigger university but inhuman by nature. He needs to be educated on how to be a human being at first. Kindly avoid these type of doctors in your life.

I was admitted in KP hospital after meeting an accident nearby. Dr. Thiyagarajan attended me and did operation for clevical bone fracture.The attention given which is absolutely amazing . Dr thiyagarajan after regular work even if he comes late in night around 11pm he visit his patients and enquire & see the condition which is very unique. Mostly doctors they call nurses to remove the plaster or old dressing. He himself do it meanwhile he get gloves for removal of old ones .Every day morning regulary Dr.Pandian attend all patients to see the condition and guide patients as a regular activity.

Doctors are excellent.The interaction with the patient is great deal of love and care.

Dr pandian is one of the WORST doctors i have been to. I had booked an appointment with him for my 3 year old son for non-fluent speech to rule out neurological issues. The doctor who was supposed to come at 5pm for seeing outpatients turns up at 8:45pm and when our turn came to see dr pandian, without even asking my son to speak few words or asking us any questions, he immediately scribbles down a prescription with medication and when we asked was medication absolutely necessary at such a young age, he screams at us saying my son was autistic and that he being a doctor knows what he is doing.Since we wanted to double check what he said about autism was true, we went to another pediatric neurologist Dr Viswanathan (VJ clinic in thiruvanmiyur), who said my son had no autism/neurological issues and that his non-fluent speech was developmental and nothing to worry about.Such a misleading doctor and an unethical human being dr pandian is. Doctor is a noble profession but many doctors misuse their profession these days and mislead patients. What would have happened if we had believed him and given those medication?Fraudulent doctor to the core. Never consult this doctor. Either he is ignorant and knows nothing about medicine, or he is just not bothered about treating any patient. In that case, he should just shut down his hospital and stop practising. Worst doctor.

It is not at all a 24 hour hospital. For an emergency I have taken my baby at 3 am in the morning. I was not even allowed inside hospital. Management can remove the signboard 24 hours.

Very worst experience on 25th May19.Went for a follow up check.it took five hours for the doctor to look at the bed ridden.Dr.Thiyagaran donot have courtesy for the patience and does not care for the patient at all. Came to hospital in ambulance by 6PM and reached home by 12 midnight.Pls do not take everything for granted. Life is full circle. What goes up will come down. Do not be arrogant in attitude.Even people who have achieved a lot are humble in nature.Dr.Pandian presence is important for the smooth functioning of hospital.

Though Dr.Pandian is an experienced person, being the owner of the hospital, he asked us to undergo the tests that were not necessary for the reason we admitted our child. Also, we were asked to stay in the general ward (which was not well-equipped at all) for more than the required days. The nurses and the emergency department people are not so polished in their behaviour. They used to argue and pull each other’s leg in front of the patients. People in the pharmacy were not active too. When we were in the queue, one person was on the phone and the other person was just doing her job without even taking care of us who were standing in the queue. Advise to the management: Your name is not so great among the public. Even the auto drivers were advising against admitting people in your hospital. Hence, act soon before your reputation gets spoiled further.

My wife got operated for fracture right wrist 3 years back . Next day of operation she developed loss of sensation in right hand ..again she got admitted in miot hospital ..they did resurgery ..and said that the nerve was cut during previous surgery .my wife s also a doctor, inspite of knowing that he (dr thigarajan) didnot bother about the surgery and telling us to take vitamin tablets
