I was really happy with laser hair service. Had a consultation session. Did trial session in Underarms. Had went for facial hair removal. I could see reduction in hair thickness and improvement in skin texture in one sitting. Five more to go. Doctor was patient and answered all my queries. She gave some investigations too. Shamshad was just awesome, skillful and had a client friendly approach. Im happy I chose kaya !

They make you wait for hours. No one will answer responsibly and they will pass on your query from one person to the other. I have given them multiple opportunities to improve citing the problems. Kaya generally maintains a standard. Kaya Anna Nagar is far away from any kind of good standards. Very casual and irresponsible attitude.

Kaya is a great place even in times of covid. The clinic in Anna Nagar is spot clean, and every protocol is followed diligently. The appointments are only call away. It was absolutely no fuss and straight to job process, yet felt personal. They explained me lot of things before I started.I would only suggest to improve the payment online that I did because I haven’t not received the free products owing to location issues. If you have the chance to visit the clinic directly to make your payment, please choose that over online payment.Nirmala was one the most professional and neat therapist. She provided suggestions on of skin care but not much (the way I like), and was very patient with me. She explained lot of things before we started the first time because I was very nervous. Thanks to her. I am in middle of the session, and I hope to continue with her, and will amend the review accordingly.

I had horrible experience with this particular branch ... My service was wrongly billed into someone else name and number , so it was headache for me to get the service and one staff tired to help me but unfortunately she left kaya and again staffs were refreshed and I explained a same issue to other staff recently and her attitude was so bad as if Im getting a free service she said its not our fault we dunno what happened just mail to customer care and we cant believe what u say is right because this kinda mistake never happened ... So I paid and I have run behind these uncultured staffs not everyone but few... Previously few staffs were there who were really humble but this one was just so rude never ever go this particular branch

Really I had a very worst experiance. The doctor and the therapist are not co ordinated. Their main agenda is to sign you up for packages and then sell their products. They will say that their product is good but it isnt. Belive me Oliva is very much better and they dont sell the products their. Its our wish to buy or not. But here one lady forced us to buy the products and the next week when we had complaints she just asked us not to use that. So the products we bought for 4500 rs is waste. On top of it they response is very bad. Once the package has been paid. They will not concentrate better dont go to kaya. Instead find some nearly skin clinic

Worst experience, only they are money minded, no communications doctors with their staffs ,i was booked q switch laser treatment but she done the sessions only 5 minutes, previous sessions done above 25 minutes, i asked the doctors she told my duty time is over ,so i want to leave now simply said, totally disappointed.I was paid 24,500/_, plus additional 1500 paid for carbon, but they didnt apply carbon because of corona. But they didnt give the money, no compliment. I suggested welona skin clinic at kilpaulk.

I have been acquiring services from Kaya Anna Nagar for upto five years . Initially it was very good , good service by Dr Sushikaran and the staff were also skilled and polite and there was a good ambience . Now since the last one year and more the staff ,doctor everyone has changed. They make us wait for our fixed appointment for a really long time (more than half an hour ) it’s very very annoying not only due to covid (that can be chalked up to sterilisation)but before covid started too ! The doctor , she’s good (Dr Vaishnavi) . The service staff , I feel like they’re not skilled enough , as the previous ones ... the services are disappointing. Also they mark one service in another one’s slot and say it’s over since they’ve entered it that way or system problem or whatever and now it becomes my problem since it’s super difficult to call customer service and explain and everything all over again ! It was huge waste of money from my side.Some staff also push us to avail services saying it’s on offer , saying it once is fine but every time we visit, it’s super annoying and pushy.Overall I feel they’ve been going down the ladder compared to how this place used to be !! I’m just waiting to finishing to package and leave honestly.

First they cheat you by giving free consultation ..they dont give you time even if you book a appointment and will ask you to just leave and come again I dont know why the hell they are behaving like this ... Worst experience - paid up 2 months ago and still waiting for an appointment.Nobody answers calls and the their customer care team expects customers to “PATIENTLY “wait and keep trying to fix appointment.They take more than 2 months to say that there is no refund and expect clients to stay in que for appointment!!!!!!Never heard or seen such looters, thieves .

She is professionally very good and personally loving caring and extremely cordial and my overall experience has been great. I am a long time customer at this clinic and appreciate the attention and affection given to me by therapists like her.

Stay away ! I did there chemical peeling and laser treatment before my wedding in 2018 . I had to stop the treatment because it just burned my skin and turned me much darker than before . Although i had one more session which i already paid for . I informed doctor about this in between . She still told me to continue .

It is just waste of money as they just give treatment which ur skin will suffer more... No great results !! Not satisfied at all...and they wont give back ur money also if u r not satisfied with the treatment results....so complete waste of money and time !!

Went this place after a gap of about 2 years. Dont want to explain in detail..The doctor here is seen having a huge attitude issue.. decided to shift to kaya T Nagar.This is definitely not the time to flaunt an attitude and customer be treated with dignity.

Worst service even for a long time customer... I will never go to kaya anna nagar anymore... Sometimes we waited even more than an hour from our appointed time... One day we reached half an hour late and all they can say is there are 3 more customers waiting and doctor have to leave at 6. They have got our money and doctor cant even wait for the customer who travels more than 30kms and that too for peeling which has to be done 2 weeks once. They cant adjust but they expect us to adjust for their mistakes and wait for hours. We spend money and they are suppose to give us good service. Kaya Anna Nagar is the worst.

Environment is good and team members are friendly but lazer treatment is worst. After 4 setting of hand and leg lazer treatment I cant see any improvement in my hair growth. Advise dont go with Kaya for lazer treatment. Very disappointing, full waste of money.
