Chellamani & Co is a big shop selling all house hold items like washing machine TV and other goods.I have taken washing machine from them about 2 years ago.They sell cot mattress etc also.big shop .they have a got a branch at Tambaram west.pl do visit for your requirements.

Less brand tv is available for purchase.

I bought AC from them. they said it will delivered on same day. but its not. I called them they said it will come tomorrow. like, they assured installation on 2 days, but its not. again I callled them again they said installation will be on tomorrow. IRRITATED a LOT.

Better choose some other shop even if the price is higher, bcoz these people in Chellamani & Co has no sense of customer satisfaction other than selling the product to the customer. Theyll say anything to sell you the product and all their care is only till the moment you pay them. Still if you want purchase record the conversation while purchasing, Recording will definitely help you in future if you want to file a consumer case against them.

The worst customer service ever experienced . completely disappointed with the customer service, delivery and installation of an air conditioner .not even worth of giving one star as customer satisfaction is not their priority.especially the sales incharge Antony is very poor and worst in customer handling

They take forever to install, been more than a week and no one has showed up to install an AC.
