Absolutely no social distancing, no temperature checks.. even malls implement these basic requirements in this covid era. This is a hospital were talking about. The blood test nurse doesnt even wipe the armrest used, doesnt sanitize her hands before handling next patient. DO NOT VISIT UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.Update 1/3/21. Thanks for noticing my review. I called the number and listened to long list of options. I have no clue what options to choose or who to report to.I entered the clinic at 9:00am. There was no one to check temperature or enforce sanitizing when entering the facility. The pictures show the social distancing story.

Would not recommend for Audiometry. They do not have soundproof room or cabin. Test is done in a noisy environment - in any room which is free with a portable instrument. Charges are more but facility (for audiometry) is very poor. Not at all professional. Would recommend to go to any other hearing aid center. They do a better job at half the price.

1. Just for name sake, covid protocols placards kept. No social distance at all. If even hospitals are not following the protocols, How can we expect this from public. Hospitals are not run for well being for public rather it just a business, hence proven. I just went to MI mobile service, i was surprised to see the protocols followed there. No one can enter without appointment.2. Traffic was just chaos there. Hope they should arrange a car park.

Vaccination experience was pretty good. Waited for an hour max but overall experience was smooth. There were sitting accomodations. The staff was polite and explained in detail. The entire vaccination process was very easy and quick. Make sure to register yourself in Cowin before you go to avoid any time waste. Billing is also quick and you will get a detailed bill almost immediately.

Only efficient in collecting money.... Rest of it we must only take care... We have to keep waiting for the reports and they will tell 2 mins for 2hours and keep us waiting.... Very unapologetic and dont value others time

Came here for Covaxin vaccine and got my dose done by Nurse Ms.Anandhi. She was professional, Sweet, and ensured that the whole process went smooth. Highly recommend you all to visit this center & Hopefully experience the hospitality provided by the nursing staff here.

I went there for covid vaccination. The entry and wait area is really not expected such under rating experience. They should consider using this centre for vaccination. No one would like such waiting area experience. They use car parking as wait area which is conjusted and not recommended for elderly people to go there for vaccine.

Worst service. Got appointment for vaccine online. Slot booked 12 pm to 1 pm. 2 pm now and seems like it’ll take another 2 hours based on the token system followed. The worst part is that same token sequence is being followed for both walk-in and online registration. Hence no point in registering online. No proper response when enquired, no one managing the crowd to maintain social distancing. Just the brand name - APOLLO 👎🏽

Had a smooth experience of 1st dose of Vaccination. Sister patiently explained and showed the vial from where she is drawing the dose to clear any doubts which may linger in peoples mind. Monitored for more than 20 mins before allowing vaccinated people to leave. Cowin update done immediately and got an SMS before leaving the center. All staffs are treating people politely and respectfully and also ensuring everyone entering are properly masked and maintaining social distance.

HelloI had visited the centre to take my first shot of Covid vaccine. Was really impressed with the immaculate arrangement they had made for this purpose and also a special word of appreciation to the incharge sister Anandhi, who explained all the details of the vaccine and precautions to be taken with utmost dedication and also, the nursing staff for administering the shot with immense care. Didnt mail us reports. Had to go after much delay to get it.So ended up doing RT-Pcr test too because of this trip. Told us it would take four days to get Results of RT-PCR test. Results were out after 1day but these people Didnt inform us when we had tested positive Covid 19. Heartless people.Prior to that I had Called several times to ask them to mail us reports, they dont attend calls. During intense lockdown we had go to collect blood reports, they are so irresponsible. We were stuck there for a good 1.5hours because of unavailability of ola & uber wearing masks and head gear whereas one of their staff members removed her mask. With Gods grace we are recovering🙏🏻I wouldve SUED them well for their devil may care attitude.

I was there for my covaxin but I was shocked to see a person in uniform, which mentioned Apollo Home care, who was consuming alcohol inside the clinic Parking. I just dont know whats happening. This is totally insane.

Reports are out but they still they have not uploaded the reports in my account. In the blood test room one man was standing casually without Mask, is this a joke?? They are so irresponsible. The whole point of doing blood tests is to identify the disease sooner. Im worried sick. But they cant bother to attend calls.Customer care is also hopeless. They wont even tell you if walk-in covid 19 test is allowed. I had to call several times. Not once they called me back to inform me about the same.Apollo clinic even made error while billing. Booked for 18+ vaccination online and walked in at 3 PM. I was out by 4.30 PM. Social distance was maintained and the nurse Ananthi who vaccinated was excellent. Print appointment slip if possible, carry a pen, photo ID, cash/card for payment.Area of improvement - Introduce online payment for vaccine/apollo registration so that we dont waste 30 mins at reception desk.

It has been a wonderful experience for me. I visited this place during the last week of June 2020. Being Corona peak time, I was handled very well and the centre is hygienically well maintained. I was personally taken care Doctor Mohammed Haji. Interaction with him is another wonderful experience to me. Even though I dont visit the centre now, Doctor Haji keeps a check on my health through frequent soft enquiries with me. The friendliness showered on me by everyone at the centre, is an important point to be noted. I shall recommend this place to others too. Thanks Apollo Medical Centre and Thanks Doctor Haji.

I met with Dr. J M Akbar Khalifullah, Internal Medicine on 07.04.21 and paid consultation fee. He wrote me medicine for Two days and ask me to come again after two days. Once again i have gone there and again he wrote me the same medicine for three days and told for my problem i have to take the full course of medicine for fife days and again he has taken consultation fee. If he was better knew that the course of medicine was for five days then why he has not written it on 07th and within 3 days why he has taken consultation fee. Doctor is call god but what we will say about this type of doctor. It is very shameful.

Upon colleagues advice- availed Apollo home care facility: Ms. S Devi was my one point contact over phone, within 15 minutes, doctor consultation & prescription given, my blood samples & family RT-PCR collected frm home in 4 hours and reports delivered on watsapp with smile. Easy approach to Dr. Anu Preethi Dorai & her quick judgement & solutions based on symptoms & health status. Sister Anita was disciplined in her daily calls for health vitals, her experienced motherly guidance & immediately connected to Doctor in case she felt I wasnt ok. They were xtremely organised with tests, reports, bills, health certificates. Went to put covid 19 vaccination for me but after waiting for 4 hours ,informed that vaccination is not for 18 year old.Apollo hospitals then why you are announcing that vaccination will be adminstred for 18 -44 from May 1. Irresponsible answers .Chaos in this pandemic

Both me and my mother have been going to AMC from the year 2005. The level of service, warm and friendly staff is what makes us go back. Dr. Rajkumar is not just a wonderful Dr but an exceptional human being.Recently just finished my mothers vaccination. Although we had a slightly longer wait, AMC made the experience seamless and professional. Specifically grateful to Ms. Devi, Sister Anandhi and Sister Anitha for all their help. Their professional, polite and warm attitude is why we keep going back to AMC.Updated post on 26/4/2021I had posted first after my mother received her first vaccine at AMC.However when it came time for the second dose then experience has been nothing short of a nightmare!! Apollo has left us completely in the lurch. Not only have they not provided for second dose, when I tried to call them they just didnt bother and expected us to fend for ourselves. Covaxin shortage has been cited as reason, but surely they should have taken care of their patients who have been with them from so long. After the 1st of May maybe when they can charge exorbitantly covaxin will appear magically. I may go because my doc is there, but Apollo clinic doesnt care for patients it seems

I would like to share my review that I experience in Apollo medical center at Annanagar. I had boil for 6 years and was in treatment. I did few times surgery also. Later, I have started my treatment with Dr. Aftab and Dr. Indira and my problem was cured in few days. I am free of boil now and I am very happy about my treatment. I would like to thank both the doctors from my bottom of heart.

Treatment is good, but worst experience all the time. No doctor will come in time and they wont inform us if doctor are on leave. Almost 4 times i have raise same concern to them. They dont have proper contact number to call clinic. Due to hospital name people are going there. Be prepared to wait 2hr in hospital for doctor visit itself.

What a waste of a professional medical seat. The guy is like a government clerk with his galla open. focussed only on the number of patients who should be paying him for the day and his targets. I visited the hospital yesterday and I would like to let you know that the ambience is great and I never felt that I was in a hospital for the fact. My mother was denied COVID vaccine by the staffs saying the “ the vaccine was over” even though my mother was above 45 and we had appointment registered already. The staffs allowed people who did not even have appointments for the vaccine before us. The staff were so unkind, harsh in fact and useless. We were forced to leave by them after waiting there for 1 hour.

We consulted Dr Aftab Matheen mam.One of the best dermatologist that we ever come across. Cant forget the confidence that mam gave us when we wen deep worry about our child skin problem. I took the Covid Homecare Package after testing positive for COVID-19. The services offered by nurse Mrs.Ananthi and doctor Mrs.Anu Preethi were excellent. They answered all the queries and doubts very patiently and assisted me for a successful recovery. Further the overall co-ordination from Mrs.Devi was also excellent. Kudos to the entire team for the good work.

Excellent clinic. The staff is well trained, efficient, extremely courteous and attentive. The doctors are top notch and extremely dedicated. The cleanliness and the ambience is testimony to the care and attention being given to every minute detail. On Saturdays, while patients wait for their appointments, regular talks by experts are scheduled so that visitors can benefit from the knowledge. The head of the center is obviously an administrator par excellence, bringing a personal touch to ensure that the patients get the best service. Whether it is a specially designed-for- comfort chair in the dental room or a state of the art mammogram machine, the clinic has it all. It is a blessing to have such a place nearby. I will strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go there.

This medical centre of Apollo is really good for mainly 2 reasons:-1. The hospital is never crowded and we dont even have to wait for appointment timing.2. Dr. Haji( General consultant). One of the wonderful doctor i came across with and cost effective too😂. He literally didnt put me under any anti biotics and with prescribing simple and natural way got myself healed up. Worst services.....Had an appointment at 8am ...for general health check up....Reached by 7.45 am for fasting...They gave me form to fill for registration.... finished and handed over the file by 8am...Waited till 9am to finish my registration process... still they asked me to wait for some more time....i just walked off...Why the hell they should give the appointment at 8am....when they are unable to do a simple formality of registration in one hour time....People sitting at the reception was not cordial and So rude.....Very worst service not expected from a corporate hospitals.... never expected

The hospital is a fraud. Private doctors are paying the Apollo hospital to own their own cabin inside and in return Apollo let them use their brand Apollo name to earn. I went to the hospital thinking that Apollo handles everything. For the bill also theyll give you two separate ones , one major amount in favour of the doctor which is not computerised and other small amount in Apollos name. Also they asked me to give cash only.Literally such a fraud is going on here.

Friendly, efficient staff, clean environment, overall reliable diagnostic team. Sample collection was done at home by Mr. Shanmugam. He was polite, efficient, and collected the samples in a painless and sterile manner.

Booked a appointment for March 10th,2020 through our company portal, they accepted the appointment and got a confirmation email, later the people from the clinic called on March 9th to say that the package is not available book another package. I told them that the money will be refunded after 5 days only how can I book another package.The person replied saying its ok you can book another package for now and for previous package you will get your money later.Why do you people accept an appointment and you people itself cancel the appointment. Is it fun to do that.Please state clearly if you dont have the package dont scam people.

Apollo = Make as much money from a persons suffering. How? Recommend as many possible consultations with other doctors and further testing (Looks like Doctors get a percentage for each referral and that is their mission, not helping the patient get better).Worst Doctor: A lady called Vaishnavi - Gastroenterology. Came at 7:30pm for a 6:00pm consultation and was with her phone all the time and the worst part is she recommended me to take the same test again saying sometimes test reports can be wrong and gives no other explanation. Even google could have been more helpful than this lady to who I had to pay 600 Rs for her valuable expertise and time. Worst experience ever.Did the same tests outside for 1/3rd of the price and met a doctor who actually is service minded and cares for his patients. He diagnosed the problem perfectly and did not ask for unnecessary testing.If you arent covered by insurance dont even consider this hospital. They dont care about you, they care about how much money they can take from you.

Even though less crowd as today is weekdays, there is mismanagement , doctor in ultrasound cameat 10:35 am , till that we have been waiting from 815 onwards , they recommended to go to TMT, they fixed the knobs , after waiting for half an hour it is found TMT went under breakdown , wasted time I was fasting till 11am, they told they will call me on priority but found they did other people who were later than my serial number. then they said to take breakfast and go for TMT , but after taking breakfast , the technician told not to do TMT before giving 2nd blood sample pp. Went to dental , within second they finished diagnosis and no proper analysis. Went to opthalmologist , waiting for more than half an hour , the receptionist came there and told to go for TMT after finishing eye check up. I told it is advised not to go for TMT , before giving 2nd blood sample. This is the way they manage AMC /AHC charging such an higher amount of fees. In the list they fill 80% of the tests which is related to blood test , as if so many tests are conducted just to show as a big list of tests for which they collect such a high fees.Fully commercialized , no patient friendly. Humble request to Apollos management to please take care....

We had visited this clinic for my father with ear pain. Post that we did health check for him. Dr Anu clarified all the queries we asked. Front office staffs chitra, vanu and Saraswathi were very helpful. Overall all staffs are very approachable and helped us. Very much satisfied with their service.

I went to Apollo medical centre located in Anna Nagar twice. I am satisfied with the service except dental practitioner. He started criticising other medical centres and not even provided single suggestions to me. He was asked me to wait for almost 15 minutes and he was talking to someone in his phone.Because of such guys the hospital goodwill is reducing. I was spent almost 25 minutes today but there is no use of it. He checked my teeth for 20 seconds and asked where you have taken treatment earlier. I replied that, I taken treatment at Saveetha dental college. The next ten minutes he was talking very bad about the college. I cant accept his thought I left the place without taking additional medication there.

Lakshmi sister in Apollo is one of the oldest & the best sister at Apollo as well as the hospital is really good & very clean with really friendly staff.

Went for master health checkup. First disappointment is absolutely no parking. Parked car along roadside. Blood sample before food was taken. Then breakfast was provided. I opted to have outside, but was told the after food samples will give correct measures only if breakfast is taken here. So I said okay and expected a diet meal. But what I got is 4 idlis and 1 vada in a pathetic package. Im sure it must be bought from roadside tea shops which prepare tiffin. After blood sample collection, I met an older general medic who is professional. He asked for any illness in every aspect of the body. Next was the dental consultation followed by gastroenterology specialist to go into every available room. I had to go to office and hence left the clinic. I was asked to collect reports after a week. But I didnt. Surprisingly there was no followup call from anyone yet to collect the reports. Overall neutral with the experience.

Hai.this is Nagalakshmi.i came for neckpain,shoulder pain and also tennis elbow on 2 hands.Dr.iyappan(physio therapy) gave the treatment like IFT,ULTRASOUND and WAX and i recover from that pain in one week.thanks doctor

Overall its a good place. Services are quite expensive. Do not opt for health checkup during weekends. Its crowded. They book mass health checkups and it will be crowded more than government hospital. I had to shift my appointment to weekdays after I went and realized it there. Contact medical center directly for appointments, do not book online. I booked by mail, the customer care and the center doesnt have any links. I filled all details online, but had to rewrite all data at center as its not interlinked.
