Extremely long wait times. It takes 1-2 hours to meet every doctor for only a 15 minute consultation. The doctors and treatment & care is very good. But making patients suffering from various ailments (most of whom are also old) does not qualify under good healthcare. Also none of the calls for scheduling an appointment are ever answered - how can we travel and wait 2 hours each time? (Every one has jobs). Management must change this and figure out a new strategy to solve this issue.

Better to either come with another member of your family asking to drop you off and pick you once done or come by cab/auto. No flaws in the way they handle everyone. Definitely recommended.

Got my Covishield vaccine from here. Process was very smooth. Had booked the 9-11 AM slot. Went early at 8:30 AM to avoid crowd, but had to wait till 9. You need to do registration outside and you will be given a number. This is the order you will get the vaccine inside once you finish payment. You cannot go at a different time, they will not allow it. Payment takes a while(we had to wait only 10 minutes). Others had to wait around 15-20 minutes. Once its your turn, getting the subjects takes only 30 seconds, then you have to wait for few minutes for observation. Then doctor will then allow you to leave. Would suggest everyone to go at the earliest possible time in your slot to reduce wait times.

Im posting this to share my personal experience with this hospital. This is the worst private hospital. We came to know my mother has some cancerous tumor (diagnosed by an local hospital) when she fainted all of sudden one day. Rushed my mother to apollo hospital teynampet in emergency. They advised us for an immediate surgery for her cancer which they told it will be risk if we start any cancer treatment with this tumor. None of the doctors explained us the PET CT report or the biopsy report properly. All they told is its very dangerous and an immediate surgery is required. I was running behind them to explain the biopsy report even post surgery. Their response was not so good as they approached us before surgery.The administration planned for an surgery it seems and the nurses and doctors forced us to do surgery by using the term this cancer is dangerous. I asked in the nurse station to change the plan as I need an opinion from medical oncology (from nurse station only they will initiate change of consultant form has to be filled and process will be initiated). But they forced us into the surgery which cost us 6L. After getting discharge we started to get opinions from other oncologist in other hospital. What we came to know is surgery is not at all required for the type of cancer my mom has because it is not curable. Surgical Oncologist will advise for an surgery if there is some cure due to that surgery it seems. All the 5 doctors said the same. This Apollo people in order to earn money directed us in a wrong way. In our family none of us had knowledge about cancer treatment or had history of cancer. All we know is cancer is a deadly disease. In order to save our moms life we followed what doctor suggested us as we dont know anything about her nature of cancer. We googled it after diagnosed. This people played well with our situation. Worst hospital ever. This people forced us an immediate surgery and we had to arranged lacks of money immediately which was very difficult. Even insurance processing will take time but this ppl want us to pay immediately to start the surgery. Who ever is reading this review, I suggest you to first search for a best doctor rather than best hospital. There are several good and genuine doctors outside. Dont fall in this pit like us by its famous name. We had no one to guide among our family and friends. Also, my moms ward experience post surgery was bad. I provided an feedback during discharge for which I got an call twice asking the nature of difficulties faced and they told they will revert back. No one came back.

A place with absolutely no sense of responsibility and service mindfulness.Went after an Accident as it was the closwst and they seem so hassled.No information and no methodical structure in what happens.Very disappointed.
