Went for my Wifes Covid vaccination, I knew this hospital for more than a decade as I am a regular visitor here for my sons vaccination with Dr. Deepa Hariharan, and now this has been converted to Apollo Fertility Centre and the existed hospital has been moved to 2nd avenue with 5 floors for about 10,000 sq feet. The place has to been maintained as there are lot of mosquitos.

Excellent hospitality , kind and proffesional staffs. Self vaccination done here... The process was very smooth and the nurse over there are very patient and experienced too in answering us.. Keep it up

Went to Apollo Fertility for my second jab. Sister Anushya was too kind and ensured that we are comfortable and relaxed before taking the vaccine and she is very skilled that it took just a couple of seconds to give the shot. The front desk person was also pleasant and approachable. Overall it was a good experience.

I had 2nd dose of COVAXIN at APOLLO FERTILITY center, Anna Nagar. After entering vaccine room, Vaccination staff (Rajadurai), taken vaccine from refrigerator instead of vaccine storage container, he lied about no vaccination available in container taken from refrigerator. I tried to clarify with him, he told that valid vaccine, but during vaccine another staff warned him using that vaccine as it may happened like yesterday (Not sure what happened on 13th July).But same COVAXIN vaccine taken from vaccine container for next person. It is really suspicious to me, whether he has given outdated vaccine or duplicate vaccine or any other wrong vaccine or any trial vaccine. I am having headache for the last 4 days. I did not have any symptoms during 1 at dose which I have in Narayana Hospital, Nellore.

Weve went there for our Covid Vaccination and had a bitter experience....1)Though booked in advance at the Cowin site and went there as per our allotted slot time, weve found more than 200 persons waiting there for vaccination.2)No social distancing, not taking BP details, no chairs for sitting, totally a chaotic scene.3) Post vaccination, no observation room for us to sit and wait for at least half an hour.....4) It is very sad that a big Organisation like Apollo is managing, rather mismanaging things like this.5) Government PHCs are far far better than this!

Lots of promises yet no positive result. Nice friendly and alright treatment with clean nice facilities. Though long waits even when appointments made.The main reason for the 1 star is that they are thieves. It has been 8 months and they still have not refunded us our deposit which we had to give for such treatments. They keep giving excuses and saying it will be done this week or next. 8 months later still no refund.They are quick to take your money and dont want to give back any.Beware.I ask them to do the refund otherwise my wife will put similar feedback. And we will report to the police.All receipts, emails and evidence we have.Thank you for the stress.

Worst service from the nurses and desk.1. They keep u waited 3/4 hours without reason...(Appointment time was 10am..asst. doctor came at 12 and took the history for 30mins..then waited for doctor another 30mins..)2. Nurses are not professional to take the blood sample. (Tried twice to take the sample and blood came out with serious pain...my wife suffered a lot for this..and this time had to wait another 1 hour to take the sample...guess how many patient their for giving sample.......... only 2)**dont ever go their even doctors are good doesntt matter**

Good response from doctor side and maintaining overall cleanliness in the hospital. definitely refer patients to this hospital for treatment.

Dr dakshayani madam is courteous and explains very nice. But the waiting times are so long. They never stick to proper timings. Ask us to come at 4.00 pm but have to wait till 8-9 pm. Otherwise everything is good. Really I do not know why cant they give proper timings. Pateints cannot wait for 4-5 long hours. The waiting time is not because of large number of patients but dr could not arrive on time.
