Dr.Hemalatha is one of the best doctors in one of the best hospitals in Tambaram. This Dr. Diagnosis diseases correctly and very quickly.The sister accompanying Dr. Hemalatha is also very sincere, hardworking, helpful and very kind towards the patients. No doubt Dr.A.G. is beyond comparison and can be able to diagnose diseases within no minute. This hospital is not money minded and for poor and middle class people Dr. A.G IS A GOD. I Pray the Almighty to bless Dr. A.G. for a long ,healthier, and peaceful life to serve the humanity.

We came to the hospital with daddy in very poor condition .It was as if God send Dr Anand to rescue him from septic shock.We can’t thank him enough for what he has done for our family by reviving my dad with a perfect care and team Work. Worst experience with this hospital. Apart from all the charges , they charged Rs.1000 as observation charges , we were there hardly for an hour that too for trips. They have no answer when I enquired the reason for the observation charge. PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL FOR ANY EMERGENCY..

Since both the sons are not in India I assured them that their dad shall be in safe 🙌 in AGH Tambaram.The team of doctors led by Dr Anand and his team of Dr Hemalatha, Dr. Vasuki + nursing matron led by Keziya and her team needs appreciation for the excellent care and treatment.Dr. Anand was updating daily myself and one son in US thro WhatsApp calls and Dr. Vasuki was calling me daily morning after her patients visit updating his health parameters.Ms. Kezia was updating me and his son daily about the clinical parameters ans she needs mention for her dedication for customers delight.On the whole though the pain of COVID was there the team managed excellently. Visited the emergency ward @ 6am on 2nd August 2021. Wife was vomiting and feeling dizzy. The doctor handling emergency at that time is one of the worst doctors I have seen in my entire life. Very lethargic, non empathetic and not at all service oriented. She got the nurse to check BP and gave injection and tablet for vomiting and dizziness. And then she left. She did not inform what was wrong with my wife. Even after leaving hospital she was feeling dizzy and constantly vomiting. I had to google to find out that her BP and sugar was on the higher side. Such doctors are the reason why Patients become serious bcz of pathetic service by such doctors and hospitals. For emergency please do not go to AG Hospital.

Worst experience from hospital staff. We have been facing poor communication from the reception staff for last 6 months whenever called for Dr. Mahadevan’s appointment and also visited in hospital. They give an incorrect and unstable information leading us tough situation having the patient aged 83 years. When patient asked to come by a time, they make to wait for hours to meet the doctor though appointment is made. Unethical way of appointment handling and misinformation everytime. Extremely dissatisfied.

Please its a humble request to change the pharmacist. Very bad attitude and he takes his own time relaxing.here patients are waiting for so long because of this pharmacist. Really need to change. Otherwise the doctors and staff are really good and their services

I got my second life here at AG hospital. Admitted on the midnight on 1May2021, with high infection on lungs on due to COVID.Doctors gave me excellent medication. They have a team of brilliant doctors. Available round the clock. Myself and my family were updated on the progress wherever necessary. My infection was gradually reduced according to the way I reacted, keeping eye on all parameters like steroids sugar infections BP, O2, and really gave me a second life.This hospital will always be in my heart next to my mother’s wombTwo weeks of fight will come to an happy end by mid May.Staff nurses are Gem in the field. Travelling together with me in the long dark tunnel. But we’re giving hope Murthi there is light at end of the tunnel.I have pestered enough screaming in pain and they took it all. Ward boys food Juice support made what is i am now.

Worst Experience on day 1 enquiry level itself..Till 5 PM staff will be available and after that only next day staff will be available for any assistance or enquiry..I dont know whether services were given based on Medical norms or just they running a kind of business.

Was hospitalised here from 2nd to 4th March. Though an insurance patient, I was harassed and made to pay cash of ₹4500/- immediately after my colonoscopy. They also asked me deliver the sample to the lab.within 15 minutes of the colonoscopy.Though I had paid around ₹ 12000/- in cash, the full insurance amount of Rs. 28000/- has been retained by the hospital, instead of refunding the cash amounts to me, though I had called the hospital.C R Cauvery

My father left this world due to improper guidance/coordination of some staffs while transferring him to another Hospital to get advanced treatment as suggested by the chief Doctor of this Hospital. Some ICU staffs behaved very rudely to my father and it aggravated BP level and my father health went to serious condition. More than treatment, love and affection from Doctors/staffs help to heal patient health quickly. Also It is not necessary that patient in ICU always have good conscious and cooperate for treatment. But the trained staffs should know how to handle the patients instead of fighting with them.

Very costly. For Non AC rooms they are charging Rs 3500/- per day. Room is very very small. For this Rs 3500/- is toooo much. Then comes to treatment. They took 7 days to diagnose the problem. They took 4 CT scans, 2 MRI Scans, 2 Ultrasound Scans, 1 x-ray to identify the problem in body. Nurses and Doctors treat you well but they will not say anything related to health information or medical treatment. Overall I am totally disappointed with the service provided by this hospital. Totally money oriented.

1 star is very high rating. I will give 0 star. That is suitable for behavior of the doctor. This hospital have 24*7 pharmacy. But urgent purpose they wont give any medicine. yesterday my kid was affected by motion problem @ 2 oclock. she contentiously cried because of pain. I searched the pharmacy around tambaram east and west. Finally i found this pharmacy and explained the situation then asked for medicine. They wont give because of doctor prescription. I agreed So i went to met the doctor and explained the situations and asked for medicine. The worst doctor always sleeping and came and and met me after 15 mini and immediately said that i wont give the medicine and asked me to admit my 2 years old daughter. They wont considered my request. The medicine cost is around 5 rupee. their plan is If i admit means bed charge, other unnecessary medicine charges and ext charges will collect from me. How cheap doctor working in this hospital? they wont give for emergency purpose, then what is the purpose of running the 24*7 pharmacy? without helping the peoples?

Discharge summary provided had mentioned wrong diagnosis. Treating specialists do not get mentioned in the file. Pathetic way of treating a patient.

I appreciate their medical expertise and proper diagnosis. Always happy with their Doctor and other staff attitude. But recently felt very bad with their chrompet medical store people. They are careless . Even yesterday they crossed all limitations. When I went to get medicine for my 10 yrs old daughter instead of giving 200mg medicine they provided 500mg and instead of 500mg they given something else.

One of the worst hospitals I’ve even stepped inside. I had come with the patient for a blood test and they admitted him. They said the report would be available till “evening”. No doctor had contacted me or checked on the patient’s health in the 12 hours I was there. After literally begging 3-4 times the doctors to come and tell me the report so that I could take some action wether I should admit him or not. They took almost 12 full hours to give me a legible response. TRASH HOSPITAL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not to mention over the top prices for horrible service.

IAM dr.gopalakrishnan n I admitted my dad for gallbladder stone n I went with full workup n diagnosis .. they admitted n room side n concerned Dr gave their opinions but the staffs service was worst I have ever seen.. i.v fulids didnt go per order and staffs were not there to change it also.. my dad developed chest pain and bp started to fall .. duty Dr came n said bp s normal but I checked twice and said it was very low .. I called ICU anaes n he shifted my dad to ICU .. at last they said to take him to higher centre ... It was t worst hosp ,fully money minded and stupid n brainless n lethargic staffs .. I shifted and luckily he s stable now ... They jus like that ask money for everything n nothing s worth not even the rooms.. total waste ..I am in medical line n I was able to save my dad bt iam very much shocked about what common peoples face in hosp like this.. ..I RECOMMEND WHOEVER WANT TO OR LOOKING FOR TREATMENT IN THIS HOSP, PLS DONT GO TO THIS HOSP!! Worst hospital for treatment, my daughter was born in this hospital, worst Doctor who is head and managing , I had not seen any where complete money minded people, pregnancy for my wife at 9th month itself they told only surgery is only option, they dont even think abt normal delivery. After birth they took blood test and kept quit, when we asked for discharge, they showed us blood test report with back dated and threated us to stay for another 3 days in A.G Hospital.
