Nice experience. Quality stationary, fine clothing, fresh veggies, expansive store having kitchen and home essentials.Disadvantage is there is no ramp to take the trolley to ground level after billing. The store can be accessed from basement. It is an issue because we cant carry too much weight after billing.

I had placed order on 29 May. I was asked to choose delivery time and I accepted 4 PM delivery. I did not get any information for two days. The delivery came on 1st June and I was billed for 7 items. But I received only 5 items.Bad service and no response. I will never again shop with Big Bazaar. Even smaller shops are more trustworthy. 👎👎

Staff is not supportive, they were busy in their own talk specially on second and third floor. It took 10 min to find place for kitchen items.

Misplacing orders and giving no response.Twice in a row now when I ordered essential food items during lockdown they have failed to send me all of the items on the bill and when called there is no response from the stores end and the cheap and low quality paperbag which came in crumbled almost as if it had been picked up from the trash!I dont know how they manage to do this twice, once the lockdown is over, I will be sure to go there and ask the staff myself how they managed to do this twice to a single customer, god knows to how many more.Please refrain from using this place to order anything. Blink and youll be missing some stuff from your bag

I placed a order with Big bazaar App on Jun 2nd, It showed two hour delivery, Today is 4th of June, till now there is no update. If we call customer care, after 27Min they picked the call and told that we will check and get back to you. Till now no response. The T.nagar store phone number is also no one is picking. Even there is no policy on cancelling the orders from App. The App errors out frequently when we go into my orders.

Nagar, Chennai.With the Future Groups future is now experiencing a downhill, the footfalls appears to be on decline.
