When visited first time , care is given good. But now ( as of 21st August 2021 ) , felt very dissatisfied as no one ( even from right from the door I.e security ) will listen to you and Process became very inefficient. Need to improve the process Efficiently. Instead of waiting for ward boy to push the wheel chair , u can do it urself as it saves lot of time. And waiting in pharmacy , will cost your time more than the money u will spend there. Definitely they need to improve behaviour of security, increase count of ward boy and reduce lead time in pharmacy. Also the emergency number which they gave is of no use as no one will attend. ( Called during emergency but instead it kept ringing for hours and no one bats an eye ) .

This review is purely based on my experience.We took non AC room for 4090/day, which has two beds one for patient and another attendent. Clean western bathroom, one locker with four racks. Time to time food for patient. Other persons can eat at canteen which is on gound floor. Admission is a quick process if you have bigger problem, otherwise they do test and give medicine. This is A little bit expensive hospital. Lift is available. Prices in canteen are too much, 4 idly 70rs outside is 30rs. And mostly the medicines, the cost of the medicines are double compared to outside Pharmacy. So this hospital is not for middle class or poor people. I joined on Saturday, all tests are done but doctor didnt come on Sunday, he wont be available at 5pm on Monday, I was confirmed on phone before coming, the doctors will be available on Sunday also. One day cost increased for me. Only is thing good is doctor treatment which is highly expensive. Dr. V.V sir who is assigned to us, came once in three days for which Im not at all satisfied. Im never coming this hospital again.

Bit Expensive consultation & footcare treatment4. But they clearly seem to know what they are talking about.5. Special Footwear Manufacturing Unit within the hospital..6. I dont know about other doctors in this hospital . but one of the doctor he is prodoitrist I don’t want to say his name he really scared us that my grandpa was very scared my grandma started crying a doctor shouldn’t scare us like this we are are coming to doctors to be relief he scared us . They took all the test and the fees was rounded to 14,000 rupees the world best doctors also wont charge this much i think so i wont really recommend this hospital even 1 star is so much for this treatment he said he gave medicine for kidney and said to visit the kidney doctor so y he have to give us the kidney medicine he also gave a set to just wash feet i dont think 14,000 is worth it would be at least only 8000 for all the test not only 14,000 and 4000 for a lot of tablets i dont know y but i dont say this to doctor Barman he saw us very well

Worst experience with this MV hospital . we just went there for Doppler test for the cellulitis but they pulled our pocket around 10,000/- for OP and no solution to the problem we came. On top of it forcing to admit. The Money minded in the name of patient care. no humanity and leg inspection Dr is very worst , he was not even specking by seeing patient .. just 1 min he saw and we paid 750/- as a fee ... worth less. what kind of people we have around us. very bad. I will not recommend to this hospital at all. there are so many better hospital try it out.
