Hi all,I visited Radiant dental care hospital Medavakkam for the first time. It was a good experience. The surgeons and the dentists were so polite and caring . Well arranged appointments and inspections . Dentists well explained about root canal and bridges procedure. Very carefully did my root canal treatment and tooth bridges. Especially there is no pain while doing treatment so I feel good. These treatments were done in a week which was superb. On Friday afternoon went to remove my teeth in one of the well known clinic .Doctor tried to remove the teeth with local anesthesia but I have tried my best to convince the doctor that I am feeling unbearable pain but doctor is not in sync with me and tried to complete the procedure with the help of local anaesthesia only.Not blaming anyone and may be my threshold of bearing pain is low as compared to others.Finally I have requested to stop the procedure immediately. Did not told anything and gently came out of the clinic.Not able to sleep whole night and on next day morning after long browsing went to “Radiant Dental Care” and now on Sunday when I am writing this feedback only thing I can say “God bless them all”. The way they responded on time and the way they arranged everything and helped me to came out of this nightmare feeling that I am really blessed.Don’t want to say thanks to them.Lastly I can say keep the good work and help mankind.

I recommend this dental place to everyone in need of any dental procedure. Dr. Ranjana is an excellent dentist. She took time to explain every procedure she was doing. she was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. Staff and doctors are very rude. They are very bad at treating older people. My mother is 65 and we went there for root canal treatment. We overall faced a very bad experience. This clinic allows us to book appointments at 9 AM in the morning though it opens at 10 AM. I have attached a screenshot for reference. Doctor Sameera is not punctual. She came by 10.15 and we waited there for more than 1 hour. Nurses are not helpful to older people. She is more concerned about hospital property. Most of you might know the adjustable chair/setup used for patients by dentists. My mother would have fallen down from the chair but the nurse is more concerned about that chair and she didnt even help my mom. Sameera is not leaving customers to choose their own crown. Instead she is suggesting a higher price crown since clinics may get higher commission from it. Considering all these, we decided to place a crown in a different dental clinic. I went to this hospital based on google reviews but I am thinking most of them would be paid reviews.

Had tooth discomfort and thought to get it consulted with dental doctor. Happened to see the clinic while surfing and thought ll get it fixed . Dr Ranjana was the one who attended me and she took utmost possible care to attend the issue and provide suggestions. Once the treatment was done , she had insisted to stick on to basics of brushing teeth, flossing. Thumbs up to the doctor .Cost is bit high , other than that utmost care is being taken .

Am really happy that I found the best hospital for dental care. I had wisdom tooth problem. Since as I am working I need the treatment to be done on Saturday. I called to the hospital for the enquiry and to my surprise they immediately arranged their surgeon and gave appointment on the same day. My surgeon Dr.Harish was really very patience and treated me. And my consulting doctor Dr.Sameera she is really amazing. She explained me very clearly about the process and their cost. I am Poongothai. recently I visited this hospital with toothache with lot of fear. I dont know the Doctor name. She nicely handled me and said there is no issues to fear. deep cleaning is enough. I feel very relax and she gave some tips to take care of teeth properly. But I feel the fee was very high. 4000 for cleaning and 700 for scan and consulting. Totally 4700. I dont know whether this is the normal fee in all dental clinic. This is very high for ordinary people. Amount charged here is very for teeth cleaning. Even after cleaning it is still paining. No use . Just waste of money

Do not get fooled by the positive reviews here. Amounts charged here are way too high. They charged close to 3000/- just for cleaning & consultation which costs around 300/- to 400/- (Max) in regular dental hospitals. If you have way too much money and are looking to spend it for fun, this place is recommended😠

Hi came here for re-fixing my tooth crown.The doctors and staff were very kind and co-operative but they charge exorbitant fees.I have fixed a new crown for Rs.3000 at a different clinic. But here just to re fix the old crown they charged Rs.2300.Since it was an emergency I had to shell out the amount and not able to argue.My review is for the high fees.please do come here if you are ready to spend extra for the treatment which can be done at a relatively less fees compared elsewhere.I came here only for an emergency,since my dentist is closed during covid time.To Radiant Team,Thanks for your quick reply. The price you charge is always reasonable to you because you are the one who is fixing it but not for everyone.

I recently attended a dental clinic in medavakkam with my 6 year old son who had a toothache. He needed a filling and the dentist was excellent with him, talking to him through each stage, so he knew what was coming next. I was impressed with the staff and facilities and have since been back myself for an exam and scale and polish. My mom was already wearing a artificial denture in which she was not comfortable and confident, so she was advised to take up a fixed tooth replacement. we had a implantation for her and now she is able to chew food properly and it looks very aesthetic and natural.

I attended the clinic yesterday for a root canal and I felt comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Srikanth took his time, we scheduled the work over couple of visits and because of his use of modern technology he was able to detect a new canal that was not readily visible; he patiently uncovered that and performed the necessary work. I hope I never have to come back, but if I am, it will be Dr. Srikanth!
