I am absolutely disgusted with the audacity they had to lie to our faces about the process. Dr.Deepika for sure one of the finest doctors in town. Efficient, Quick and Down to earth in attitude. She is also judicious in making right decisions, never prescribes unwanted things.She performed a root canal and extraction for my close relative and the procedure turned out to be precise and successful. I strongly recommend her for her experience, skill level and patience.The only downside however with the clinic being the commercials (tariffs) almost double the competition.

The hospital is neat and clean. But it is very expensive. They charge 3000 per tooth extraction. If you feel this is ok, you can go for it. For a similar quality of clinic and even better service close by, I have paid less than one third this money. I saw many comments appreciating the quality of service and dealing patiently. I went with misplaced expectations. To be frank it was like come, get your tooth extracted and go. There were hints of why dont you do this and that for getting more money. It was outright business type and I m sorry to say you have not seen great patient handling with actual care and concern...And they unnecessarily stitched it up when it was not required causing more pain. In the last 6 months, we have undergone similar tooth extraction 4 times and not one time it was stitched. Due to non availability of our regular doctor considering CoVid situation had to go here...it was a great lesson never to visit.

I was suggested Parasu Dental by a long time friend and went for doing root canal treatment. The ambience and the initial warmth were good. But somehow, i was not quite satisfied with the treatment. It is just one month since the root canal was done, and i started developing pain. Even the charges for the treatment was not transparent and on a whole, i had to spent Rs.32,500/- at the end of it, which is too high by any standards.

Think twice if you are taking your kid to this hospital, they just eye on how much maximum money they can extort from you. They dont care about what is must have and nice to have. I went for 3 filling, they did 6 filling and 4 filling came out within 4 days.They have poor hygiene sense, pull equipment from here and there. No idea how many time they used it before you. Lots of flies inside clinic.Apollo White is in same area with more professional people, better hygiene sense and same cost level. Dont think that they charge less or treatment is cheaper than other well known brand. I feel bad whenever I remember about our experience here.Never recommended.

Got my filling done here. They have wonderful infrastructure at this dental hospital. It is kept really clean and also very well equipped. The treatment was really good and the doctors took good care. They also communicate well as they started the treatment only after informing the procedure & costing well in advance. My mom & brother are also being treated here and we are really very happy with Parasu Dental Hospital.

Superb Service with a Personal Approach. The doctors here are really friendly and attentive. They do great work quickly and at a fair cost. The cost of treatment is well explained before hand and they only proceed once we agree and give the green light this is something that I appreciate. I have noticed a difference between Parasu and few other dentist Ive gone to earlier is that at Parasu Dental they do not insist on unnecessary services and are honest & straightforward.

My back molar cracked and broke and required immediate care. I was a new resident of Chennai and I was referred to Parasu Dental because I didnt know any dentists here. They quickly met my needs and scheduled an appointment for me. It was determined that I would need a root canal. I was scared but was treated so gently and carefully by a team of dentists and assistants. It all went perfectly well!! Today I received my replacement crown and I am happy!! A fish bone was stuck in my husbands throat for more than 14 hours. He was bleeding internally. We tried many clinics near our home and all were closed on Sunday afternoon. I had my implants done by Dr. Manoj on 26th Nov 2019. The operation was completed within 4 hrs++. On the same evening I was able to eat ice cream. No pain at all. I went to this clinic with a pain in my teeth and for dental crown replacement. I was put under the care of Dr. D Deepika Yadav. She took such good care in making sure the infection is completely cleared before actually doing the crown. She clearly explained me the procedures at every stage, which made me to feel confident about the clinic and the doctors. Sometimes I had to take my toddler to the clinic for treatment, she was so patient, very calm and understanding with my kid. She blows balloons for him, so I can peacefully attend to the treatment. I had to go to a different doctor for existing crown removal. She even cared to come out of here office hours to ensure, the procedure went well. Really appreciate the dedication to her patients. She was extremely careful to make sure the new crown, matches me, to my likings and is delivered on time. I am loving my new crown, it just feels like my own. Incompetent doctors, messed up a simple filling for my sister, their treatment (reckless drilling) caused more damage to the tooth than the actual cavity would have caused in another 5 years. Now she needs root canal for that tooth, can you believe it ?a superficial decay treated by unskilled dentists lead to a deep injury requiring root canal.Although my sister requested our family to not take any action against these morons/criminals, I have to tell the public about this so called hospital with such good reviews dont let it fool you.The best part is they were very reluctant to correct the problem they caused and made her feel unwelcome when she visited them with the issue(we are paying for the service) You cannot insult your patients when they comeback with some issue. The reason they revisit you is because you know the history, unlike some other new doctor in a new hospital ( who are easily available by the way and much more skilled / professional than you guys) .

She explained me why the teeth cusp had broken.she told me that teeth crowning is the best solution and gave the various options in crowns which varied from 6k to 20k. Initially I was afraid of teeth crowning procedure. But the doctor explained the procedure step by step and made sure I was comfortable. She answered all my doubts patiently. Most procedures are done by junior doctors who are basically training from patients like us. Dont know why they charge 1000 rs for a filling done by bds juniors. There are Senior doctors with more experience but sitting in small clinics and providing same treatment at a much less fee. We fall prey to these fancy hospitals and end up in the hands of freshers and pay hefty fee for the namesake.

An X-ray for teeth normally costs Rs.100-200. They charged me Rs.500/- . I didnt get any hard copy of X-ray report. Instead, I was handed over a CD. They told me that images and other details of the X-ray would be there. But, INTERESTINGLY, what I got to see in the images was not my teeth. It was some other persons report. I have complete proof. This is not some random review. I have already shared the CD details with some of my friends. Because, everyone should get to know what kind of service Parasu dental hospital offers.

My daughter had the habit of thumb sucking and she could not get it out till she turned 6 also. I had tried many home remedies but could not succeed. . Her teeth became projected too. .One of my colleagues had suggested me to meet Dr. C. Venkatraman at Parasu Dental Hospital. I met him and he suggested an appliance for my kid. My kid was absolutely not at all co-operative. But the senior doctor Mr. Ventakraman was composed in par with his experience. He handled my kid so well that she became so happy to visit the doctor unlike earlier. He had used some counseling techniques too. She used it for about 3 months and completely forgotten about her old habit. The doctor also recommended another fixed appliance to correct her front row of teeth. Now she has a beautiful smile. I visited Parasu dental for filling my decayed tooth. The clinic was very clean and the infrastructure was pleasant. At the reception I was warmly welcomed, next the supporting staff very courteous in assisting to my problems. The doctor were understanding and listened to my complaints calmly. Great Service and great way of presentation of treatment plans to patients. They have a very good of mix of experienced & young doctors.
