Where do I start and where do I end? My tryst with this crew started 6-8 months ago talking to Anjali. The first step was her trying to assure me that everything is fixable and I should totally not get all stressed out about it. She asked me for some pics and quickly determined what I would need to get done. While she requested current Xrays and background, I was not in a position to reach out to my dentist and get her any info. Months passed by and I was immersed at work and was at a point eating/chewing food was painful. We pulled the trigger and within 2 weeks we got the medical visa and everything squared away and landed in chennai. The day of was my overall assessment of what I needed to get done. I was exhausted and tired from the 21 hr plane ride and the 4-5hr wait to merely get out of the airport after all the formalities. I was giving instructions on what to eat in prep for the surgery in store for me and laughingly told - this is your one night to enjoy what you want to eat or at least sort of. Day two was going under the knife - I am making this sound like a major surgery.. but for me its no less although I have had 2 major surgeries under my belt. The anesthesiologist was very kind and explained to me what to expect - you will have no memory of certain things and somethings you will recollect et. al. Finally I was out and didnt come around to until my the latter part of the surgery and needed a break to catch my breath. Was just exhausted. Dr. M is just this mystery man to me as I have not consciously seen him who waved his patience wand at me and got me all fixed up. Oh! let me not forgot - I threw up all over and despite that - the team lovingly fed me all the ice cream I wanted. The ensuing days were healing and Anjali and her team painstakingly went through determinedly on making sure I had the best bite which was most certainly elusive coz of over the years of adjusting myself to the pain and chewing as I was comfortable. I am looking forward to my follow-up in a year - when I get my permanent set of whiteys. Miss you folks - Anjali, Rekha, Priya, Ravi! You guys never for a second made me feel out of place.

My experience at Best Dental Laser Clinic was great! I traveled fromTexas to India, alone. A twenty-three hour flight. I arrived at 3am and their driver picked me up at the airport. Drove me to the hotel and made sure I checked in safely.Thank you, to the doctor and everyone that took exceptional care of me. They called cabs for me, to and from the hotel to the dental office. Next day I was given a full mouth x-ray before my procedure started. Implant procedure took about 30 minutes to complete. Dr. Murugavel and Dr. Anjali, did an-excellent job, with little pain. The only option available for me was to build up the bone density and then go for dental implants, but the whole process was going to be very long and complex.That was when I went to Best Laser Clinic and after examining my condition, the doctors offered me a completely different solution. It was Basal implants compared to traditional implants and poor bone density was not an issue for this method. We went here for my daughter’s treatment after looking at all the positive reviews in Google, but even after multiple visits it was pretty clear that most of the positive reviews must be fake. The support staff handling the appointments is very rude and unprofessional and does not provide proper updates - they say they will call us back regarding the treatment, but we never got any call and even when we tried contacting they do not respond properly. Most of the doctors who come here are amateurs and the treatments are also handled poorly. Moreover they do not give equal importance to all. Please do not get fooled by all the fake positive reviews and don’t waste your time and money by going here - there are so many other dental clinics in this area which are way better.

I am due for implant of my teeth,which fallen an year back, but not able to get fixed, since not convinced with the doctors visited, some how instantly with an 10 minutes discussion with Dr.padma , had came to an decision and done the the implant.. and the outcome is great..Totally its a non painfull process, and all 4 session of post implant and root canal is good and been handled with care.. also had meet the cheif doctor murugavel who is an veteran in implant , over all its an great dental team ..I myself by profession working for customer service industry for past 15 years and very well know how tough is to develop an great team..in an metro city on account of Labour cost.. which best dental team founder is done with zero comprise on manpower quality and knowledge .Great work best dental clinic and team..

Its kind of my go-to family clinic. Everytime my family have a dental problem, we just rush to them. The whole process of fixing appointment to post delivery care by the well trained professional staff and team of doctors is commendable.  I really appreciate the time and efforts they put in for a single session. The clinic has the best of facilities and their services are top class.  Best Dental is a one-stop solution for all dental problems. I highly recommend them for their quality service. A small library at the reception is a big attraction for the impatient attendants and patient escorts. The clinic has never failed to impress me and everytime it was a pleasant experience.

One year since my treatment, I now need all the poorly fitting crowns replaced. they recommended that my top teeth be removed and a be replaced with implants. They were very insistent even coming to my hotel to persuade me to come for treatment. Fortunately I settled for crowns. it could have been worse. This is a very small practice, employing a young inexperienced team. Please get a second opinion on treatment and dont let them pressure you

Have been to the clinic in due an horrible infection in the teeth during this tight covid situation. I was worried due the current situation but the management and doctors treated in right way as advised by govt. Hence I didnt have any concern taking treatment post visit as I was well received by Rekha explained about the treatment process by DR.Padma before proceeding clearly. Then Dr. Murugavel also joined the treatment and completed in a very positive way as I already aversion towards dental treatment.
