I had admitted my parents last month here for Covid treatment. Right from the admission in the front office to discharge everything was fine. The hospital is very clean and rooms are spacious and well maintained. Doctors are very friendly and respectful towards patients. Everyday, they are updating the patient caretaker about the patient condition after taking rounds, which is really a laudable gesture. I had paid extra amount due to some technical glitch, but the amount was refunded promptly by the management within two days as promised. Food provided for patients is fairly good, could have given the option of tea also in the morning, as many senior citizens may have acidity problem, just a small suggestion, no offence meant. I asked my parents if i should mention anything, they said no issues, which sums it all. I thank the entire team for their support and service and wish them good luck.

First and last visit.... post vaccination today, they are least worried to tell us if any precautions to be taken care. After I asked them, they said to have tablets if fever comes 😤😤Which tablet....who knows... I presume that should have been my next question. But Im least bothered to ask them. Basic humanity we expect and nothing else.Well deserved for least rating as per my experience

We took our mother to BM hospital Nanganallur for covid vaccination. We had a pleasant experience at the hospital. Every thing was clean and neat. Vaccination was done in a orderly manner. Post vaccination waiting hall was clean, neat and well ventilated. Vaccination done at free of cost as my mother is a very senior citizen.A pleasant experience indeed.

I took 1st dose of Covaxcin here. The procedure followed is good but there is no Blood Pressure checked or any medical issues asked to anyone. Also some of the nurses not wearing mask. Otherwise everything is good.

Had covaxin vaccination today. They did very well. But some instructions they were not following like after vaccinated I was not asked under observation in some time which is general rule following even in GH also... Another thing none of the precaution tablet were given to cure uncertainty after vaccinated if any....Thank you for the reply. Also better to provide the tablets whatever you suggested on the spot will be helpful... Since it is payed vaccinated...

Today I went for vaccination (Paid) , totally worst experience. They are asking to wait , once 10 peoples are arrived ,then only they will start the vaccination otherwise you have to wait , for 10 persons to come, no track on who came first and last , no trained staff and team to take care of. After waiting for 30 mins , I immediately rescheduled my Vaccination to Appolo clinic Madipakkam, at no time , we got vaccinated. I recommend , Never go this place ...

Great and Excellent Vaccine Service..!!!I had my first Covaxin shot at Apollo hospital, Vanagaram. It was pathetic and they were not organized.I had my second dose Covaxin today at BM hospital. Well maintained, decent approach and great service.I reached hospital at 10:12am and came out at 10.30am.. Fast and they were very well educated staffs. Explains clearly what to follow post vaccination.

We had a very worst experience with BM hospital..my mother met with an accident with heavy bleeding and head injury and Shoulder bone fracture and knee fracture..the nurses were not given any attention to the patient who enters the hospital ...the attender were later came and check for hand fracture and he himself took X-ray..We paid 600 rupees for that as soon as they took ...and the Front office person who was calling my mother as thatha(old man in tamil) as she was not evern aware thatshe js a women...After 2hrs of telephone communication with duty doctor they finally admitted my mother in the ICu ward and gave An painkiller injection..They asked us to pay 3500 for the injection and treatment they have given when we asked them to discharge my mother to another hospital..the head injury was still unnoticed by them...very much worst experience with the nurses and duty doctor and especially the girl who was in the front office..she deserves a slap from public for her behaviour.. pathetic situation

Went for Vaccination.. No proper set up even village clinic have better infrastructure. Having small buliding and for that 2 hr slot they gave 500 tokenNo sitting capacityeveryone need to stand on road for long queueeven though you booked online you need to stand on queue start from road for atleast 2 hoursNo seat capacity need to stand whole dayNo resting time after vaccination, you have to leave once you have vaccinatedDONT GO FOR VACCINATIONBETTER GO FOR GLOBAL OR APOLLO FOR COVAXIN

Today I had very worst experience of having Covaxin from this hospital. Booked for Covaxin from 11AM to 1 PM slot via cowin app. Reached hospital by 11.15AM Got the token number as 171. Waited for more than 2 hours with my sister in the road as the hospital was very crowded and nothing was moving. Finally at 1.50PM which is far beyond the slot 11AM till 1PM, token number 171 was called out and they checked in cowin website and it was marked as Beneficiary already got vaccinated. All my waiting hours went in vain without getting the dose 2 of covaxin. Almost 4 people got the same issue and there is only one person who is handling the vaccination. No proper social distancing handled, no safety protocol is being followed. Please DO NOT choose this hospital for vaccination. It is really worst administration and organization in handling the covid vaccination.Open tokens(Walk-in patients without registration for vaccine) were allowed first instead of giving priority to the cowin portal registered users with right slots.It is not fair enough to say that public has to maintain social distancing in your premises and you do not take the responsibility of the patients health within your premises.On 27th of June 2020(the next day) I had been vaccinated within 45 minutes of my arrival in a hospital in Adyar. There was more crowd here also and they gave preference to the registered users first and they also helped the registered users who faced the same issue that I quoted in my earlier comment to take the vaccine. Social distancing and other safety protocols were being followed properly with the same amount of crowd comparatively in a smaller place to that of the B.M.Hospital. they also gave the printed certificate finally to all patients who had second dose within the waiting time after vaccination.My review was being responded without having social responsibility and patient safety for the sake of responding. This itself shows that the administration is very poor and not trustworthy. The word worst is the right word to use here for B.M.Hospital.

I visited BM Hospitals for my 1st dose of Covaxin. Though there are other centres in chennai with Covaxin, I chose BM on my parents recommendation - since my mother spent her youth in Nanganalloor and knows this hospital very well.They did not disappoint. The vaccination was very well organized - from reception and token, to payment and vaccine, and finally to get the certificate.I will definitely go here for my 2nd dose as well.

Very wrost hospital for covid 19 vaccine we are waiting more than 1.5 hours , no social distancing no proper guidance kindly avoid this hospital for covid vaccine..I dont have any personal .I just say what happen at the time of vaccine for mine .I know abt the name of the brand to create what are the struggles are facing.plz dont teach to me just avoid the crowds and maintain proper social distance..if u make a proper maintenance means y we initiate us..

Took covaxin vaccine today. Not many people. Direct entry. People handling the work are very polite and helpful. Very good service. Place for taking rest is very neat.Nice arrangement.

They are having covaxin vacination. But they are not ready to give second dose to senior citzen which is unavailable in anothor hospital.

Initially I was confused seeing mixed opinions on vaccination...But when I went there for vaccination all fears shattered...no waiting, no long queues...neat and calm waiting space...good staff...within 15 mins...entire process of vaccination completed..I strongly suggest to choose this centre for vaccination..

Took covi shield vaccine on Friday. Till now (I.e Monday) they did not issued the certificate. Today also approached the hospital regarding covi shield vaccination certificate. Due to server problem it may delayed. Whether the server problem is permanent. Will the concerned authorities can look into this and do the needful on behalf of senior citizens.

Reputed BM Hospital, is for incredible care to both In Patient and Out Patient, with team of skilled and experienced doctors and team of nursing staff. Their way of checking and caring the patient is unique and calm. Based on my personal experience, I am to record BM Hospital, a place for better service, private health care, nice coordination and patients satisfaction.

MY daughter having pain in ear so visited for ENT in BM, since ENT doctor was not available without appointment they themselves deciding to check general doctor to collect amount like a local marketI felt very bad about the way service provided by professionals without my concern

700 Rupees for Consulting. Very Costly than apollo hospital. Better dont go to this hospital guys. 10000000% Money Minded. I said to nurse fees for consulting is too high than rela and apollo she said pesikalam Sir so weird are they working in hospital or Fish Market LOL Pesikalam Sir. Purely Money Minded better go to good hospital in City. They think they have hospital in Mount Road near to Apollo but its dubakkooor area Nanganallur.

My daughter was admitted due to dengue. She had recovered by the effort of Dr.V.Thyagarajan and Dr.C Vijay Babu for their mother caring and follow up of treatment. Hospital environment also neat and clean. Nurses care also very effective. Thanks a lot to all the staffs and doctors who cares my daughter for her speedy recovery.

Taken Physiotherapy treatment for my knee pain and Back pain issue. Doctor K. Niranjana, Chief Physiotherapist, She was very friendly and wonderful therapist. I would recommend her to anyone in need of physio. Best treatment and happy with the service.

It is the best multispecialty hospital in Nanganallur. I would say that the doctors are best here like handling the patients with care. I am happy with their service.
