Not for professionals.Overused cameras without any maintenance.I have rented cameras an year back. That time, it was very good.But this time it is very pathetic experience.I reserved for Canon 5d Mark III/IV .I was handed with mark III that was over used and poorly maintained. The camera display was really off the colors due to long usage. It was pinky and blueish. Since I rented in the night I thought it would just be white balance settings. But during the shoot I saw that pictures I took looked like pinky and blueish. Then I found that Display letters also looked like pinky and blue instead of white. So I could not really review what I shoot. I had to stop using in the shoot and use my back up D750.During reservation, I told it was for celebrity shoot. But still ended up with a gear like I rented for trying the camera for first time. Very lethargic customer service.They should replace old overused cameras with new ones or atleast replace the damaged parts like displays. They should thoroughly check gears if they are up for professional use before giving it for rent.New people and visual communication students renting the gears here would think that actually they dont know how to use cameras. But it is indeed the camera that is not working on par. I am from U.S and I have rented gears in U.S since last 3 years and I know the how gears should be when renting.I rented for one day. But in the middle of the day they called me and asked if they can take back the rented SD card since someother customer was asking. I gave the camera itself since it was of no use.Waste of money and time.

Even though I was not able to rent lens from them because of a last min cancellation, Im extremely impressed with the way they deal with a customer. Id definitely come back to snapbrew to rent any lens when Im in Chennai for a shoot. Keep up the good work, Nitish.

Very unprofessional and would never recommend hiring equipments from them. Had a very bad experience especially when you are new to city and looking to rent gear and they barely respond when you have made the booking and later give you all sort of reasons and make you feel that it was my mistake.

Rented two lenses from them.The delivery was on time and the lens was in good condition and free of dust.Profession and friendly service.
