HORRIBLE..WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!I REGRET shopping in this website. I ordered 5 items and requested for exchange. The delivery is picked up 4 days ago and now they call me and said the product is misplaced and they received an alarm clock. The delivery guy cleared checked the product while picking it. Now they called me and said it takes 40 days to investigate but to provide better service they investigate in 20 days as if 20 days is a lesser time.I asked them to put my money back into my bank account but they said it is not their policy and they put it in the wallet, which is forcing the customer to buy your product only. The worst policy ever.And I have to add this too, the quality is not satisfying and the size I ordered is correct by the fit is bad..I deeply regret shopping here and Im not going to suggest this website to anyone. This is not the type of service you should provide the customer.

I had a very bad experience here.(Order Id:300345337)1.It says in the website easy returns which is such a lie because when i had to return i have to call the customer care and here the person tells me a series of steps.I mean why would you guys put a false statement on your website.2.Then i read your return policy and there is only line which says the amount will be credited in your wallet and this is not even in the first page when you click return policyNow i have paid 1500rs. and now they wont return as real money3. Its says 100% guarantee for satisfaction in my delivery cover.Well your guarantee didnt help me and now my money is stuck with you guys and I am forced to use it only on your website (which doesnt suit me or satisfy me in any way)4. The bras i got are the correct size but it didnt fit me and the quality can be better!I am sorry guys to give a bad review but you guys need to answer me and solve my problem and give back my money and please dont put false statements!!!!!

Poorest quality of fabrics been sold for 1000% more costs. Delivered items are not worth Rs 50 per piece. Customer services are unethically showing their policies and bounding customer with loosing their money. Mockery of IT rules by not sharing their company registration number or name, neither they share their full name with whom you talk. Request for talking with management is also not fulfilled till date and they expect to digest their not customer friendly attitude. You can just see the level of their fraudulent activities and poorest quality with attached images: their response on review website is something and on support very arrogant!

I have ordered the products which is not a good quality the size and fit was horrible. After returning the products they misplaced the item and I had to wait for refund. The customercare department is so horrible. This organization is all about harassing customer and forcing them to buy products even if they are not usable as they dont refund the money to ur bank. Their products are not true to size Ive ordered 2 different sizes, both of them have different size labels but they are same and almost 2 sizes smaller than the standard size. The quality is also very pathetic. I will not recommend this site to anyone.

I have bought around 6 bras from their website and each one of them were pretty good. The only problem is they dont have cod in my area plus the delivery is quite late. Beside that everthing is good hope they keep up the good service.

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews about them.. I have bought 10 + bras and not even a single one is damaged or delivered late. The price is very reasonable. A normal bra with single hook and medium coverage is around 600 in stores(i checked the stores before buying) But they are giving such comfortable bras with 3 level hooks and full coverage for 400 ..i mean how can anyone be rude and write bad reviews. I think they are paid writers from other companies. Infact when I placed my first order and then saw these reviews I got terrified but they were delivery correctly with perfect fit. Worst experience. I have ordered it through online and the brands they have are not so comfortable and fit. I requested for return but they said the amount can be refunded only in wallet. I asked for bank refund, however they said if it is bank refund they will deduct 100 for shipping. I don think these people are genuine and making money out of cheating people. I have purchased in so many websites so far. this is one of the worst experience i ever had. If we say our concern, the executive kept on saying speak professionally as if we are barberians and they are the only educated people living in the world. Reasons why i never recommend this site:-- designs are so attractive but it is not the actual once you receive it. fitting is so so bad, as if you bought something in the local market.- return is not customer-friendly. they will call us and convince us to go with the one we bought. If we argue more, then they will arrange for return pick up which would take 3-4 working days- REFUND!!!- they will do it wallet only.. If you fight more they will say as per their policy it is only in wallet and no bank mode of transactions.If you are strong enough to fight, they will agree for refund to bank account, however, they deduct 100/- for that 🤣🤣🤣 (they say we are doing this out of our policy and this is for shipping charges.If you opt for wallet refund, there will not be any shipping charges🤪.. I don know how they manage that shipping charges if it is wallet refund)- they will keep on call us to place order we if left out something in the cart. But once we place the order, we need to chase them to get our product and refund.- Everything, you need to raise a ticket and run behind them.So, whether it is 100Rs more in other sites, it is better to go with other sites than to order in these kinda of unprofessional apps.

This site has some really great designs to flaunt in your wardrobe. But apart from the designs , there are numerous reasons for not to shop from them. So, below am mentioning the reasons for you all to not be fooled by just looks like i did.First they do sell through amazon and flipkart by same susie and that too at half the price that is on their site. So, if you buy from their site you always have to buy in offer that is pack of 4 or 5 bras. Because if you buy separately, its too costly for the product they are delivering.So its better if you want good designs at cheap rate order from flipkart. Atleast through flipkart return and exchange is fast and easy unlike their own website. And also you can pick the number of bras you want at cheap prices.Second being their exchange procedures. They only exchange once and that too is such a tedious task that it takes almost two months for the final product to reach you. I mean first they take around a month to deliver the original product and then return and exchange needs to be done separately. Also if this time it doesnt fit you or you dont like the color or fabric you have to pay yourself to return it again.Third comes the quality. The quality of the products are very poor. One strap of a bra came off right after its first use. and ofcourse they wont exchange it so.And if you dont want to exchange and just return the product, they return the amount in your shyaway account. I meant why? who does that nowadays. What am gonna do with that if i dont even want to buy from you in future. Its just a way of locking your money.So, people its better to buy beautiful lingerie from good shopping sites like amazon, flipkart , myntra instead of shyaway even if you want their products also. Their cup sizes are too small and they only exchange once..the second time you need to ship it with your own money apparently and they would refund their money into your Shyaway wallet. I got 5 bras exchanged and tried another 5..still no luck with a good fitting bra. And they refused to exchange..10 varieties of bras tried and nothing fits!! Anyone above a B cup should avoid buying from this website and anyone insecure about online purchases and fabric quality should refrain from buying from here too..some of the materials of bras were really flimsy. So please be careful when shopping from Shyaway. I lost 1500rs on this site and Im definitely not returning back to this site. would suggest people to rather *shyaway* from the brand itself!!..

I have been doing online shopping for quite a long time I would say many years and have never ever faced so bad experience which I faced with shyaway in terms of return the product and processing for the refund they do not have refund to the bank because most of the time when I have searched for something that fits me was not available refund that they process is only to the shyaway account and not to the bank which means the money is hold by them and I dont know how long because if I dont get something that fits me or off my size the money will be with them all the time after speaking to the customer care she said this is our policy but I would say this is nothing less than getting any interest on money of others

I am not a paid comment writer : Thats all you get for 1000₹ !I genuinely purchased and wanted to post this cos shyaway deserves a good reputation but customers also need to know its not easy to purchase .I ordered the 5 for 999 bra and paid 2298 imcluincl GST .I had some lag in delivery but it has nothing to do with shyaway . I called shyaway regarding the delivery lag and they solved it immediately .Costomer service is excellent . They know what they are explaining and understanding what my concern is .Upon recivirec the product ,I was unsatisfied with two bras cos of band size .Unlike Amazon they do not have online exchange but you can easily call customer care and have it solved .The lady asked my problem , I explained the band was small . She genratgen a return pickup for me . Which will come in the next 3-4 working days .She mentioned there is no return charge and I should return the product to pickup guy with tags intact . I also asked her if my other bras band will expand little after use she mentioned the material is spandex and I need not worry it will get loose little .So far its great service .Will update on the return soon .Update:It takes a minimum of 30 days time to realise a bra is uncomfortable , apart from size n band and cup which is basic .By the time , I had already sent my return on two products .When I found out one of my bra is bulgy on the side .They said I cant return and I have to send it to the warehouse on my own .Then I noticed that on the other two bra , wire is already outside . I havent even removed the tag to use it but the wires is outside .5 bra for 1000 is cheap .But if return is so hard to exchange then this will be the last time I will buy from shyaway .No one has time to call to call centre anymore and wait for a bra to come in a month !Its too much work for 1000₹I would rather spend more money than waste more time !
