Looks like a fraudster. I ordered a combo of chicken meat for 2 kg and received only 1 kg. Called customer care with almost 5 follow up calls but they never called back to sort the issue. I contacted the dispatch branch directly and they keep checking on my complaint but no action. I will be logging a complaint with cyber crime soon.
